Checking out clients who want to purchase a digital GC
Would like to have all the options for digital GC at time of check as is when they purchase online. Would also like the option to have dollar amount or service and gratuity. Capability to email the recipient and/or print GC.

More support
It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

There needs to be a report for services providers on actual pay
There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.

add provider choice under recommended products
When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

adding a membership through client profile
It would be nice to add a membership to a clients profile without selling it through the POS. There are many times we want to add the plan and draft info but charge nothing until the first draft the next month.

Be able to see which staff members make changes to appointments.
If there's someone who reschedules the appointment or adds a note to the appointment, it would be good to see who made that change or added the note.

Tracking Inventory With Each Procedure Performed
We have multiple products used with every procedure we perform. We need to be able to keep track of these products accurately. Once a procedure is performed, we should be able to attach as many products as we would like to any given procedure and accurately input what was used during the procedure. Also, there should be alerts attached to the products to inform us when we need to purchase more. This will regulate waste as well as streamline our operations to provide us ease of ordering and receiving. We will even be able to see what we no longer…

Edit photo date
Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.
