  2. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  3. I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

  9. Allow the ability to select a service when making a sale so that clients have the ability to pre-pay for a service before they book an appointment. They want to be able to see what they have purchased, not just have a credit on their account.

  10. Having an error box / warning pop up when employees try to book outside of unbookable time (specifically when clicking "Select Time on Calendar" would be super helpful!! This includes booking during closed hours but also booking outside of employee's scheduled shifts.

    For example- "The time you selected is outside of your availability. Are you sure you want to continue?"

    Example:
    BBL+Moxi = BBL-Moxi Machine
    BBL+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine
    BBL+Moxi+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine + BBL-Moxi Machine

  15. We would love to have the ability in the checkout screen to add quantities to services. I.e. ( Extra Product charges are $XX per ounce used. If we used 3 additional ounces, that would be 3 extra product charges.). Currently we can't do that in the checkout screen. We have leave checkout, edit the appointment, and add it to the appointment, or we have to change the price however in our service report of services sold in a day, having thats numbers would help with product usage etc

  16. On the appointment book - have the "schedule hours for the day" have the option of darker scale. We are having issues of seeing when someone is in the salon due to the colors being to light for behind the appointments. Possibly offer a dark screen scale as option

  18. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  19. If we make changes to a form that someone already completed, allow clients to select the option to pull data from previous form for the matching fields, meaning they only have to update for revisions. This would also be helpful for annual updates. They could pull the data from last year's form, then change as needed. Giving them the "option" could help solve the privacy situation because the data wouldn't be initially visible.
