You keep working on features that only apply to a handful of users and have a handful of votes on it instead of features that have been requested for MONTHS OR YEARS like invoices or better notifications with HUNDREDS of votes. Work on the stuff that the most people want not what a couple of high paying clients request of you

  6. I would like to get a report that can forecast the future appointments with a dollar amount. I see that the report for Service Sales Report can give a forecast of the service count and appointment count however does not show $ amount.

    Is there a way we can make a custom report that will include these forecasts?

For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

  8. Make the date of birth visible for providers on the IPADs view in the duo app. The email and phone number is not as significant to show in comparison to the date of birth for medical purposes.

  10. Problem: Resource schedule mirrors provider schedule for a service. Patient is using a treatment chair during the entire duration, however provider can see other patients while the first patient is doing an IV treatment. Schedule allows other appointments to be booked for that treatment chair (resource) even though it's "busy".
    Solution: When creating/editing service, have a box to select if resource is "busy" during processing time, even though the provider is not.

If you are offering packages that include multiple modalities (example: a spa that does a 'spa day' package including a massage, foot soak, salt room and float) allowing clients to puchase and book easily. The system should know when the resources are available to book them off as individual appts that are part of a package.

  18. If a person buys multiple units of a product, the offer code should apply to each unit bought. it's only taking a discount off of 1 product. If a patient is using more than 1 unit, we have to go in and manually add a discount, which defeats the purpose of the offer code.

    i.e. patient wants to purchase 2 syringes of filler. we have an offer code that's $100 off each syringe. When the patient is being checked out for 2 syringes, it's only taking off $100, not $200.

  19. Membership changes like day of monthly renewal or changes to type of membership plan should be an edit option rather than having to cancel current membership and then resign patient up for new plan all over again.

  20. The automated referral program should allow you to add the referral credit not just at the first visit for patients. Sometimes patients come in and only have a consultation done or we may miss the giving the credit at the first visit. The option to add the referral credit in should remain in the checkout window even after the first visit is completed.
