Messages on BLVD App w/ Notifications
I know the the Messages is getting a much needed overhaul (thank you). We really need to be able to see/respond to these messages via the mobile app. Thank you.

Adding service in checkout instead of editing whole appointment
We are constantly adding services to client's treatments. It would be very helpful to be able to add them right in at the check out screen instead of having to edit the whole appointment. Besides the extra steps, it also messes with the way the schedule looks for the rest of the day! :)

Alert for Clients with Past Due Balance
Alert on client profile that states when they have a past due balance and the total past due balance as well as a way to send out monthly balance due invoices to clients.

we have multiple people reviewing messages, and want to mark it as unread so others can know that there is a new message and it needs to be addressed

Confirmation emails should be sent from Salon, not from Boulevard.
The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

We'd like our clients to be able to upload profile photos of themselves to the client portal and the ability for us to add profile photos for them to their client profile. This will allow us to provide a more hospitable experience for our clients.

Edit cart - online booking
I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

Block new clients from booking with certain providers
It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

Detailed Order history
In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

Make no show red
When a patient no shows or late cancels, make the notification in patient history red so that it's easily visible that it was not just a regular cancellation.

Print Date and Time Stamps on All Forms and Charts
As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

Would love to be able to see what time clients have checked in, so we can stay on top of when they are being taken back, and their average wait time!
