Date of birth enhancements to forms and booking
As a medical practice a patient's DOB is required. Please do the following;
1) Require Birthdate when patients book online for the first time thereby automatically pulling it into their Client Profile,
2) Change the Birthdate Forms field so it does not automatically default to "Today's Date" on the mini calendar selector (many patients are clicking on Today's Date accidentally),
3) Add a field that automatically calculates the Age based on BirthdateThanks so much!

Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

Flexible % of required Medical Director Sign off on charts
Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.

Merging appointments for the same client
Merge appointments for the same client without having to cancel one of the original single appointments that were booked separately. Merging appointments should be an option prior to them arriving on the day of their scheduled service as well. Similar to the reschedule and cancel buttons when you select an appointment - it would be great to have a merging option as well.

Providers get notified when clients book, but not when they just reschedule their appointment. It'd be helpful to get a notification.

Configurable Email Blast Send Time
Allow users to customize the time of day when scheduled email blasts are sent, rather than being fixed at 9 AM UTC. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility for businesses operating across different time zones and help optimize email campaign performance based on their target audience's peak engagement times.
Current limitation: Email blasts can only be sent at 9 AM UTC, with no option to modify the send time. This restricts businesses from scheduling emails at optimal times for their specific market and audience.

client notifications specific to the service they booked.
we have many different services that require different pre and post care instructions. for example, in the booking notification for a spray tan we want to tell them to wear specific clothing, for lashes we want to let them know to plan not to wash their face or shower. for extensions we want to let them know to take Tylenol bc their heads will be sore. on vagaro I was able to customize the client instructions based on what service they were getting

gift card discounts
I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

Profile Photo of Client
There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

deleting chart forms
Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

Make the chat box moveable on the screen. Huge help!
When using the chat/help feature I have to exit out while I am helping customers. I would much rather be able to move it around. I have used this in other platforms and really liked it.

Text Payment
Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service. Clients could then complete their payment directly from their mobile devices, reducing in-person wait times and improving the overall experience. (Mangomint has this)

THE APP needs more fuction
