deleting chart forms
Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

have be a option under staff roles so admin selects who has this privilege.

I saved a chart in draft form, and then didn't need the chart (it was a blank document I just accidentally hit save as draft). I went back into the chart to delete the draft and there is no option to delete (the box on the ipad is a blank white box, where it normally says "delete" when you click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner. Also no option to archive. I also tried on the desktop computer and there was no delete option available
