  3. Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service.   4. As a Med Spa we have services that can use more than one product and it would be extremely helpful to be able to add multiple products under Product Usage and adjust the price based on the service.

    Currently we are utilizing Add ons but this is not the best workflow as we have to create multiple services and are unable to adjust the price based on service.

    It is causing confusion for patients when booking online as they see the base price but not the additional cost for the units/product.

    Please make is possible to add more than one…

  7. we have many clients who are starting to book online instead of calling in as they have done for the last twenty years. we love the ease of online booking but have an issue with BLVD creating a new profile for clients who are NOT NEW. This is an issue because history is not show, notes are notes are not seen and newly important, the newly released referral program gives discounts to NEW clients during online booking and if it is long-time clients first time booking, they receive the discount as well.

  8. On the phone app we can not see resources(which should be added), and in addition to it not always blocking out REQUIRED resources (which needs to be fixed), there should be a prompt that if you are overlapping a resource, it should ask if you are sure if you want to book it still.

  9. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

  12. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

  17. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  19. I like the way boulevard does it in theory but no one looks at their email receipt to even click one of the happy faces, let alone leave a full review. Considering how important reviews are for service businesses, there should be a separate email AND text making it as simple as possible to leave a review. Maybe having them check their smiley face during the checkout process with an option to skip that section and then sending a follow up to leave a Facebook/google/yelp review. Either way I think it would be very valuable to give more attention and…

  20. If a client has an account credit , when checking out , a pop up should show up that asks if you want to use the account credit, or the account credit button should be red if that have an actual credit
