New vs Current Clients Online Booking
It would be helpful if I could pause new client online booking for myself only and still allow my employee to get new clients. If I pause online booking for me it will not allow my current clients to book online.

The ability to send a form to someone at anytime, not just through a booking.
It would be helpful to send a form to a client at anytime without having a booking. When someone books for someone else, it takes time to cancel the booking, rebook under the other parties' name just to send the form.

We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

Checking receipts in profile history being able to get back to purchase history without starting over
When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

Unread texts stay at the top of message list
Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

Single-Page Medical Director Sign-Off Dashboard
The current chart review process requires the Medical Director to open each individual patient profile, scroll to the chart section, and manually locate the note that needs review. This is inefficient and time-consuming.
Requested Feature:
1. Create a single-page dashboard where the Medical Director can see all charts that require review and signature without navigating into each patient’s profile.The dashboard should allow the Medical Director to:
View every pending chart in one centralized list
Open each chart directly from that page
Sign off quickly without extra clicks or page navigation
Optionally apply bulk review/sign-off actions

I checked myself out and I was NOT promoted to also leave a review on Google. The boulevard ratings NEED to sync with Google / yelp reviews. Surely there is a code. We have had sooooo many great ratings on boulevard, but none of them are leaving Google reviews

Please fix reports so you can save the DATE RANGE!!!!
The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback
It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

Flexible % of required Medical Director Sign off on charts
Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.

Ability to charge an appointment cancellation fee without it counting towards 'Appointment Count' in Reports.
When using the default appointment cancellation flow, and cancelling an appointment, the appointment still counts in the total Appointment Count metric and commission is still earned for the service that was not performed, if the cancellation discount is not 100% or is charged as a dollar amount. This causes commission to be paid out, despite the provider assigned the appointment not performing the service, potentially losing the business money.

Clients rescheduling appointments
It's crazy that the providers do NOT get notified if someone reschedules an appointment! How are they supposed to know? Just watch the schedule all day?

Offer the ability for salons to send clients an invoice and click to pay link via text and/or email
We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.
Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.
Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.11 votes -
service updates
There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

Make cart editing easier in online booking
Agreed, i have so many clients calling because they said they have to many things in their cart and are unable to delete it. Please make the menu a little less confusion
