When a client is marked as late cancel or no show (specifically no show) the email they receive should read something along the lines of “we missed you today!” Etc versus the standard “your appointment has been cancelled.” The email should also include something about “fees will apply due to the last minute cancel/no show… see cancellation policy here” etc

  5. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  6. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  10. HydrationRoom is requesting the option for saved replies or templates in the “Messages” Tab.
    For example; a saved reply for when someone still hasn’t confirmed, our receptionist could click next to the “GIF” button and select “Not Confirmed” and it would auto populate a message “Hi – We still do not have a confirmation for your appointment today. Please let us know if you would like to reschedule. Thanks!”

  14. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  17. Customers cannot understand the logic of why the price assigned to the service, based on voucher value, is what it is. They cannot make sense of it and the explanation is lengthy and only makes sense if you can see the internal dashboard.

    It would be better for client experience to have the full service value show on client facing receipts and the value of the voucher show internally only.

  18. If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"
