  1. Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.

  5. Allow for custom fields to be gathered for clients that are then integrated into their client profile and trigger specific forms to be sent in advance of their appointment.

  8. Having two manage pages is confusing when trying to explain to someone where things are located. Would be easier to have one "Manage" page and a "Location" page.

    Have to direct them by telling them to use the gear icon in the top right of the page to get to the Manage Business page, Not to click on Manage at the top which would take them to the manage location page.. they still get confused.

  12. When a guest uses a promo code during booking or if that code is used during checkout, it will automatically trigger a client tag ie. Code VIP will trigger the VIP tag

This would allow other locations to call each other to shunt clients to alternate locations, give information to clients saying "we're unfortunately out of appointments today, but location X has a 5:30pm available and I can connect you to that location if you'd like to set up an appointment with their concierge." Also useful to create inter-salon competition and schedule envy/understanding.

    I would love it if I could say to my managers, please look at the holiday hours for location X, and duplicate them for the month of december, without them having the same management level access at multiple locations.

  17. It would be great if promotions could be specified only assignable, viewable, and usable by location. For multi site chains some promotions only make certain in certain locations.
