  1. Would love to offer a complimentary skin consultation add-on with our estheticians when a client books an injectable treatment. Right now this is not possible. Would be a great way to cross promote treatments.

  2. We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

  3. It would be helpful if I could pause new client online booking for myself only and still allow my employee to get new clients. If I pause online booking for me it will not allow my current clients to book online.

  4. I would love to see an option in Boulevard that allows individual providers to generate and view reports on their own performance metrics. Having access to personal stats would help providers better understand their strengths, track progress, and set goals.

    Examples of metrics that would be helpful include:

    Personal sales totals (including retail and enhancements)

    Enhancement sales performance

    Rebooking rates

    Average tip percentage and/or average tip amount

    Average ticket value

    Client retention metrics

  7. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  8. it'd be useful to be able to create a report or summary that shows the number of canceled appointments for a specific window of time, i.e. the number of no-show's for the month, late cancellations, etc.

    right now, you can only look one day at a time through the cancellations button on the front desk view.

  9. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

  10. When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  12. It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.

    This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

  15. I'd like to charge my clients automatically a $25 reservation deposit for their appointments to decrease cancellations and no shows. The $25 would still go towards their service, and for them to automatically pay for it on the online booking overlay.

  17. Boulevard has MUCH to be desired in terms of client (the business/practice using boulevard) brand awareness. Our business spend a lot of money on marketing and setting ourselves apart from the rest. I am unsure why there are not more personalization options available to the clients who are supporting boulevard. The current options available are even less than what square merchant processer offers.

    My booking overlay appears to be out of the stone age.

  19. Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

  20. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!
