  1. Instead of having to write down, read out or email a client specific prices of X treatment(s) recommended to them, we'd love a way to generate a quote through Boulevard. Aesthetic Record had an option to pull someone up on a sales tab, add everything/product suggested + any exclusive discount for the client and then generate it into a quote to send to them.

  8. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  10. Our providers would appreciate it if there was a way to send them an alert or notification if a client changes their appointment time same-day or cancels. When our front desk staff works to optimize the schedule, appointments are sometimes moved. Providers would appreciate an extra notification if this happens! :)

  11. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  12. We’d love to see Boulevard support splitting a single service across two providers, either simultaneously or in a staggered sequence.

    Example Use Case:
    • Service: Leave Out Sew-In (total duration: 4 hrs)
    • Stylist #1 (First 2 hrs): Performs wash, treatment, blowout, and foundation braids
    • Stylist #2 (Final 2 hrs): Installs extensions and finishes styling

    This setup allows us to maximize team efficiency, keep bookings accurate, and provide a seamless experience for the guest — but currently, Boulevard only allows one provider per service.

  14. we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.

  16. Currently, there is no option to require a handwritten signature only for the forms and charts signature control. Only to disable the handwritten signature and allow "type"

    There should be options to enable / disable either or.

Currently, when an appointment is cancelled or a client is marked as a no-show, Boulevard POS handles this by applying a discount to the originally scheduled service in order to reflect the cancellation fee. For example, if a $200 service is missed and a $50 no-show fee applies, the system shows a $150 discount applied to the original $200 service, resulting in a $50 charge.

    Problem with Current Logic:
    This creates several issues:

    Misleading Revenue Reporting:

    The system shows the original service as having occurred (e.g., “Hydrafacial - $200”), when in fact the service was not delivered.

  19. We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

  20. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion
