  1. Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind.   2. We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

  3. We have had clients book online and not input a new credit card because Boulevard had a card on file. The card on file is expired by more than 12 months. Please either delete the card on file after the expiration date, or require a new card when booking online if the card on file is expired.

  4. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  8. Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.

  10. Automated Pre and Post care instructions to be sent out with select services. This way as soon as clients book an appointment they are sent the appropriate forms to fill out as well as a second email with pre-care instructions (for us this would be for permanent makeup services). This way when they arrive for their appointment they are set up for success. Then, upon checkout, they would be sent another email with their aftercare instructions. This would be amazing!!

  12. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  13. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view.   14. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  17. Can we please get Time Blocks for Resources as we have for Providers?? We need to block a laser off for 3 hours for a scheduled Service Call, but Do Not want to set the entire day as 'Unavailable'. As there are already appoints set for that day and we would like our available hours to be open for booking. Thank you!

  18. It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

  20. If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.
