  4. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  5. The "new" features released 3/24, all of which should have been included with version 1, are still woefully short of useful. I'm floored by the remedial functional specifications that must have been provided to the developers for this update, they should be capable of more. Does Boulevard even have a team of qualified people to review what the functional spec should include?

    How does this "update" roll out without the functionality of (and combination of) $ dollar amount spent? This is a key metric, is it not?

    Also completely missing the mark is "products purchased", has anyone actually test driven…

  7. It would be great to give our patients the ability to monitor how many vouchers or product units units they have remaining on their account through the patient facing portal so they dont need to ask us and just "believe" what we tell them. It would be an added bonus for them to be able to SHARE their vouchers with another patient, especially if they are purchasing as gifts, etc.

  9. It would be awesome, especially with the new photo mark-up capabilities to be able to upload multiple photos to a chart at once. Currently what have 10 individual photo upload boxes on all our charts to be able to gather all the necessary angles and priority areas. It's very time consuming and in consistent. Now that mark-up is here, It would be phenomenal if this was the next issue tackled to really come full circle when it comes to photos in the charts!

  12. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   14. It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

  15. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  16. Our team has been really loving the auto-populate feature for birthdays and medications!

    I was wondering if we can have the same feature as an option for text boxes in our charts & forms. For example, if, if a text box has your client's allergies, that field can autopopulate with each new chart or form and edited in case new information needs to be added.

    This would be a BIG game changer for our team and really make a positive impact.

  17. It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for.
