  4. We have had clients book online and not input a new credit card because Boulevard had a card on file. The card on file is expired by more than 12 months. Please either delete the card on file after the expiration date, or require a new card when booking online if the card on file is expired.

  5. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  6. Send Client Invoices - This would be amazing to invoice clients prior to a big event or appointment to secure their spots if they are new patients and do not currently have a credit card on file with the practice.

  7. Currently assigning services to staff requires going into each individual service, clicking "Customize," and then checking “Assignable” one at a time. This is very time-consuming—especially when onboarding new team members or updating multiple services at once.

    A bulk-assignment feature would be a major time-saver. Ideally, this would look like a checklist-style view under each staff profile, allowing you to assign or unassign multiple services and add-ons all in one place. Alternatively, a service-staff matrix (where you can toggle assignment across a grid) would work just as well.

  8. My state just passed a bill requiring sick time pay and all commissioned stylist have to start clocking in and out to track hours worked. Hours Worked is not always equivalent to Hours Booked. Can this category be added to the staff performance report?
    The Dept of Labor requires that commissions paid be equivalent to at least minimum wage, so this is an important report to have!

  11. I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

  12. We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

  14. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

The current way to take deposits for clients is a bit tricky and complicated, it would be easier not only for our books but for general house keeping if we could take deposits directly on the appointments on our end. That way we can see that the client has paid a deposit SPECIFICALLY for that appointment.

  17. I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

  20. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client
