  2. A patient will sometimes buy a package and want to use the first item of the package the same day they buy it. currently, you have to do 2 individual orders to complete it. this makes it much more complex and takes extra time at checkout and can be confusing in the patient summary.

  3. We need a report where I can do future forecasting to know how many hours my staff is scheduled and out of those hours how many booked hours are scheduled with appointments. This helps us build their productivity/utilization.

  4. There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

  5. If a client no-shows that should go against their attendance rate. It does not make any sense that if I charge a client a no-show fee it closes their appointment as attended.. That metric is completely obsolete if it is being tracked like this.

  7. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

  11. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

    we had to checkout a $1000 account credit on the moms account and use the daughters card to do so. So now, I have no record that the gift card was purchased by her daughter, and…

  12. I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback

  13. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

  16. Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.

    I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.

    Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

To assist in the capture of leads and enhance client experience, it would be great to integrate an AI receptionist through Boulevard that can answer calls, field questions from leads/clients based on a knowledge database specific to the practice, and assist leads/clients with scheduling appointments -- much like Ring Central's AI receptionist service. The AI would have access to the client database, services, products etc., and would be able to text leads/clients that message through the Boulevard system, which will allow for immediate follow-ups to questions, concerns, or scheduling needs, leading to a better integrated and more complete client experience.…

  18. Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.

    This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.

    Suggested Solution:
    Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.

    Impact:
    Reduces admin time, improves efficiency, and helps protect against no-shows while creating a smoother client experience.

  20. When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.
