  1. We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.

    For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.

    This would protect my artist as well as myself.

  2. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.

  3. It would be nice to have separate account credit options.. for example, we have some clients who have previously "banked Botox" and we add their amount to account credit. But they may have credit from a deposit or GC that adds onto that. We would like to be able to separate those to where it could be medical account credit, versus spa account credit. Or even have notes that pop up at check out to show what their account credit amount is for.

  4. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

  6. We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.

  7. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client

  8. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

  9. I get that Boulevard is trying to transition into the Medical Spa world, but the treatment records just aren't up to speed for that. As Medspa's are now transitioning to wellness the medical bar is getting even higher.

    It doesn't have to be TouchMD but some high-end medical charting system that is recognized and accepted in the space.

  10. Currently there are two options for forms to populate
    -every appointment or
    -once per patient/client
    I believe it would be beneficial to have a third option where a certain form would be auto assigned to all clients or clients that get a specific service to be required to complete a form yearly- assigned in January

  11. Sometimes forms get addedd accidentally and saved as a draft during treatment...but it ends up being a duplicate or wrong form...and there is currently no way to delete that. Might I suggest that you make CERtain USER TYPES/admins be able to delete these. the archive option is only available when the mandatory info is completed...which is annoying AND integrates a form into the patient chart that is extra and erroneous since you just have to put babble in the mandatory spots.

  12. A full facial balancing appointment could use multiple types of services. Make it so that you can add multiple products to a service without it having to be a "service add-on"

  13. Ability to better differentiate account credits. Sometimes employees DO NOT put notes as to what the account credit is for. Sometimes it's botox units. Sometimes it's extra change they didnt want. Or have section just for these two specific things. Vouchers don't always work.

  14. Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

  15. Customers cannot understand the logic of why the price assigned to the service, based on voucher value, is what it is. They cannot make sense of it and the explanation is lengthy and only makes sense if you can see the internal dashboard.

    It would be better for client experience to have the full service value show on client facing receipts and the value of the voucher show internally only.

  16. Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.

  17. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  18. There should be a Message button in their Client Portal. We all know clients do not always save the text number but if they're in their portal, should be able to message us through that.

The new feature to add a service at checkout is great, however there should be an option to "add time" with the service because without doing so it is negatively impacting someones utilization which is a key KPI in evaluating providers and their success within a business and its profitability.
    Perhaps you can add the option to "add time with this service" as well for those of us who need it without having to leave the screen and add the service in to the appointment the regular way which would ensure that time is added and utilization is optimized. Otherwise,…

  20. Since multiple providers have access to same charts, need to have password or pin to allow deleting someone else’s charted notes. Too easy to delete notes.
