"Copy from Previous Chart" Should Not Copy Old Photos – Only Charted Text/Information
When using the "Copy from Previous Chart" function, the system currently brings forward previously uploaded images/photos along with the charted information. This leads to confusion and potential clinical inaccuracies, especially if the old photos are outdated or no longer clinically relevant.

to be able to send via text or email. Your card-on-file rule that only hold it for that location for one appointment if they've used Boulevard at another store is beyond outdated. Same with lack of invoicing-- and at no extra cost. We pay enough for all our add-ons and integrations.

Customize Rating Reviews
Peoples time is valuable and the inability to either sync reviews with Google or customize the link is a missed opportunity to have reviews seen!

Send a secure link to add credit card info from their client profile
For clients who reach out to the salon directly vs. booking online, adding a feature from the profile we create for them that sends a secure link (or sends when prompted) to add their cc info so we have it on file. This would support our booking and cancellation policies without having to ask them for their cc info over the phone, via text or email.

View client contact information specification
We would like the ability to specify what Client information is included in the "View client contact information" permission. This will allow providers to see tags but not phone number, email or address of clients for example.

incomplete charts search
Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

Sell a package and redeem a voucher in the same transaction
It would be nice to not have to perform two transactions when adding a package if the service they are receiving applies to that package. Example: if a client has a facial and a B12 shot. They want to add a package for the shot and pay for the facial. It would be nice to "hold" or unclick the shot, add the package and process the payment for the facial and the package , then once the package is added we can select the voucher and close the transaction. Deposits for All—Not Just the Online Chosen Ones
Currently, clients are required to pay a deposit when booking online, which is great. However, when appointments are booked by a stylist—in person, over the phone, or through the dashboard or mobile app—there’s no way to collect that same deposit in a consistent way.
The workaround of creating a manual sale and applying an "account credit" is not the same as a true deposit. It’s confusing both for clients and staff, and it adds unnecessary complexity to what should be a seamless process. Client portal - Ability for Clients to add payment methods for checkout
It would be extremely helpful if the Client portal had a "Wallet" if you will. Where clients can add multiple payment methods for use at checkout throughout any appointment or checkout. This can help for outstanding orders or tickets that need to be closed due to a faulty payment method.

Option to charge a different no show fee than the late cancel fee
I would like to charge 100% of the service for no shows and 50% of the service for late cancellations. Can we add the option to choose what fee to charge?
