  1. Allow a code to be made with a "book _, get %/$ off _" so that one service has to be booked in order for a discount to be applied to the second service. For example, "get 50% off enter service when you also book a enter service in the same appointment!". This would limit the need for manual tracking if an offer is applied to an appointment and one of the two services is cancelled so the client doesn't get the discount they don't qualify for. Also eliminated the need to manually apply the discount at checkout.

  2. Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

  4. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

  5. I'd like to charge my clients automatically a $25 reservation deposit for their appointments to decrease cancellations and no shows. The $25 would still go towards their service, and for them to automatically pay for it on the online booking overlay.

  13. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

    we had to checkout a $1000 account credit on the moms account and use the daughters card to do so. So now, I have no record that the gift card was purchased by her daughter, and…

  16. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  19. If the client's appointment is already confirmed, the Forms Reminder email should look different than the confirmation email. Including the subject line, it all reads like another confirmation email so clients will ignore it because they think "I've already confirmed," often times they don't think to scroll down and see that forms are missing. At the very least, the subject line should indicate the difference.

If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). They should be able to "swap" the 2 unused facials and the system should be able to "pick them up" from the client's unused…
