    Description:
    Currently, businesses can only view scheduled appointments through the Staff Schedule Summary report, making it difficult to identify open slots efficiently. A dedicated Appointment Availability Report would display unused scheduling space directly, allowing businesses to:

    • View open appointments across different time periods
    • Identify scheduling patterns and optimize staff availability
    • Make data-driven decisions about staffing and scheduling

  3. I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

  4. We noticed our clients who usually call to make an appointment, when they make their first online appointment, BLVD creates a new file for them. This is confusing for a number of reasons but also not having merged history and appointment notes makes it super irritating.

  7. We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

  10. Inform clients of "NO PROMOS" option when the "STOP" option is offered. This will help with retention.

    Additionally, when Clients text STOP it hinders our ability to two-way message. If No promos was offered, I think this would help. Thank you!

  11. Hi, the online booking widget should just start with the options:

    "Book,"
    "Shop,"
    "Memberships,"
    "Gift Card,"

    instead of:

    "Individual Appointment,"
    "Packages,"
    "Memberships,"
    "Gift Card."

    Packages should be a subcategory after Shop. Since the change, I now have single treatments under packages and if I separate them it will be hard to nagivate and find what you want.

    Or give the option of customizing the flow.

  16. Right now, if you sync your google calendar, it blocks off those times in your schedule. But the whole office can see every item in your personal calendar- it does not appear to co-workers internally as just a block. It only appears as a block to clients. Please fix this asap- No one else needs to know when I'm at the dentist or my kid's school play.

  18. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.
