  2. When we need to refund a client due to issues like switching payment methods, the system should allow us to reopen the original appointment to check it out. Currently, we’re forced to create a second appointment just to process the checkout, which results in duplicate appointments appearing in the client’s chart.

  3. I like the way boulevard does it in theory but no one looks at their email receipt to even click one of the happy faces, let alone leave a full review. Considering how important reviews are for service businesses, there should be a separate email AND text making it as simple as possible to leave a review. Maybe having them check their smiley face during the checkout process with an option to skip that section and then sending a follow up to leave a Facebook/google/yelp review.   5. I didn't see this as a previous idea. It would be nice to send a link to our intake from via text message. I know clients check their text messages way more than they check their email so this could make that process more efficient

In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

  8. I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.

    It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

  10. Show the account credit on the confirmation screen! When applying an account credit - the invoice total shows up on the confirmation ipad as the entire balance; it does not show the credit applied until after credit card has been inputted. It seems like a trust exercise for all.

  11. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  12. Create a full Payroll report that includes:

    Commission and tips (like current commission summary)
    Total hours from time clock report
    Bonus points for:
    Method of tracking days off in the report (official days off, not just "days not scheduled")
    area to add adjustments to pay before downloading the report. (for training, paying for discounted services, etc...)

    This one report would be almost everything needed to enter into any payroll system with some basic formatting.

  14. It would be awesome, especially with the new photo mark-up capabilities to be able to upload multiple photos to a chart at once. Currently what have 10 individual photo upload boxes on all our charts to be able to gather all the necessary angles and priority areas. It's very time consuming and in consistent. Now that mark-up is here, It would be phenomenal if this was the next issue tackled to really come full circle when it comes to photos in the charts!

  16. Having an error box / warning pop up when employees try to book outside of unbookable time (specifically when clicking "Select Time on Calendar" would be super helpful!! This includes booking during closed hours but also booking outside of employee's scheduled shifts.

    For example- "The time you selected is outside of your availability. Are you sure you want to continue?"

  18. Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search.   19. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.

  20. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units
