  1. Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

  3. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  7. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  10. Most of our staff uses the professional app in daily activity. We do not have a "front desk" so the staff has to walk to the back of the building to the computer to check clients out, wasting precious minutes of their day to stay on time. If the duo was professional app compatible, they could do that at their station from their personal device.

  11. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  12. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  13. It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

  15. The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

  16. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  18. RegenMD would like all clients to see membership agreements in the client portal regardless of them having "agreed" during checkout or not. Regen does virtual sales (not online or via the Duo) so needs the ability to have clients agree virtually as well.
