Improve reviews!
I like the way boulevard does it in theory but no one looks at their email receipt to even click one of the happy faces, let alone leave a full review. Considering how important reviews are for service businesses, there should be a separate email AND text making it as simple as possible to leave a review. Maybe having them check their smiley face during the checkout process with an option to skip that section and then sending a follow up to leave a Facebook/google/yelp review. Either way I think it would be very valuable to give more attention and thought to this feature.

Or have a save reply option on messaging to copy and paste to send to clients.

I used to be on another platform and the feature that really heloed me was a reminder text sent out to review the salon and service provider. This helped a lot when people went into the website and saw the reviews linked. People usually forget so a reminder is extremely helpful.
The other feature I would like to see if the REBOOKING REMINDERS - my clients loved this as many have busy schedules and don't like to pre book. Also I feel like we are usually running so if we forget to prebook it is a great feature to keep up busy and connected to our client.
The reminder text used to say something like: " I am looking forward to seeing you again. It's time to get your next appointment on the books! Book now to ensure you have a spot. Beautiful hair happens by appointment" Something like that.
I would love to see at least the rebooking feature in the software platform.
Thanks!

You are not going to get a lot of votes for this, because most owners do not understand SEO. It is critical you fix the after email in blvd or make it customizable. When I joined my reviews completely stopped and it tanked our search. I now pay for an external svc to do this which is not ideal. I have to do a bunch of zap work around. The after email has to be a phrase that drives interaction, like 'your feedback supports us!" and it has to connect directly to the Google page/review page.
We also have to be able to put a note in there that if you had a problem we would like to rectify it, please email us @....
They way it means no one goes on to post and that is really bad for a business.
