  1. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

  2. On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
    Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.

  3. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  4. It is so important for SEO to have lots of online reviews, especially on Google. If someone leaves a positive rating, they should be taken to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to finalize their review for being published online. If they leave a negative review, they should be given a screen that says something like, "We are sorry you had a less than positive experience. We will do what we can to make this right." Then, we should be notified if there is a negative review. This way, we can remedy negative outcomes without them being published online, and the positive…

  5. It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

  6. currently clients can only Opt-In to Text Marketing via logging into their online client profile or online booking. It would be efficient/ideal for the practice to inquire on their New Client Intake Forms. It would w/out a doubt yield a higher client Opt-In overall and create ease both for practice as well as clients.

  7. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  8. The color scheme on the desktop version of BLVD differs from the app version when it comes to schedules. The app shows gray if a SP is not scheduled and white when they are scheduled, and the desktop is the opposite. It's caused some confusion with staff and would be great if it was cohesive throughout.

  9. Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

  14. Allow us to send text messages to ALL our clients until the Client clicks No Promos.

    We have over 3,000 clients

    I moved from Vagaro to BLVD and had over 1500 clients numbers approved for texting. Now with BLVD I only have 200. Very disappointing as I am missing out on a huge chance to market.

    Very SAD and frustrating :(

    Thought I was moving to a better system for the cost of BLVD they should have better features and especially more supportive with us to market to our clients

  16. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  19. In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.
