Flagging Messages
It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

Also being able to tag it with which staff member its for and if its urgent

Need to be able to flag or mark as "need response" to messages. they often get lost and we need a response or need to follow up. There is no way to mark Unread or follow up.
