Client reschedule notification
Can you add the notification option if a client reschedules also. It would be helpful to know real time about an opening in the books for the stylists so it can be shared on social media

Please add the option to turn on text confirmations to cients when they reschedule as well as alerts to the provider that the appointment has been rescheduled! I appreciate that clients can do it themselves but it kind of defeats the purpose if they are having to reach out and ask us of the change went through. I understand they can see it if they log into their profile, but clients do not know they need to do that. The simplest solutuon would be to text the client and provider. I would happily pay for more text messages to avoid having to do so much follow up myself!

This is CRUCIAL - We have staff who will regularly miss appts on their schedule because the appt gets rescheduled and there is no notification to the provider.

There are literally so many of this idea posted.. I have no idea why Boulevard won't add this alert!!!! It is so frustrating! My staff is very frustrated that they are not being alerted when a client reschedules OR when an appointment is moved to their name!!!
