not send texts asking clients how they enjoyed their visit after it was canceled
Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

All Staff Blocked Time Entry
Have a function that creates a blocked time or event for the entire staff. This would be great for marking out meetings, trainings, etc..

Improve Clarity at Checkout: Rewording the iPad Prompt
Idea:
To avoid confusion at checkout, it is proposed that the iPad, which is solely used to check out clients, should display a more intuitive message. Currently, the "Check In" prompt leads clients to believe they need to check in rather than check out. A simple rewording could significantly improve user experience and streamline the process. Suggested alternative messages include:
"Complete Checkout"
"Finalize Your Purchase"
"Proceed to Payment"
"Finish Your Transaction"This change would help clients easily distinguish between the check-in and check-out process, reducing confusion and making the transaction smoother.

Offer code rules
I am not happy with the update. Clients should not be able to book a service with an offer code after the offer is no longer applicable. This leads to upset clients and having to explain to them that just because it was booked that way, does not mean it is applicable.

product/inventory mass edit option
it would be great if there was a mass edit option for products. For example, if a brand increases prices for the year, if there was a mass edit option, the whole page would be editable and you could just go down the price row and edit all at once and then save instead of having to go into each item separately.

Average Client Spend Should Reflect Per Day
Right now it breaks each item into an appointment rather than all the services they did at their appointment that day. So in actuality,m their spend per appointment is not correct.

Accommodations: Putting in saved times/prices for current clientele at prelaunch
At some point without regular prices raises, you can get boxed in by your clientele. I would like the ability at the onset to put in the accommodations, pricing and timing, of my current clients so I can immediately change my prices online for all new people.
2 of us just shifted into ownership roles and our time is even more valuable now, but jumping $100 + per color service isn't feasible for our current guests. Ability to see inventory on hand within product sales report
Add a column to the product sales report that shows current quantity on hand to be able to help improve ordering and enable us to keep top sellers continuously stocked.

Deposits are so hard to see!! Can we make them stand out if a client has paid a depsoit?
We would love paid deposits in the check out screen to stand out. My staff misses them EVERYTIME! Can we highlight or make the deposits somehow please stand out. PLEASE. It would be life changing for our salon

Automatic offer code application based on cart total
This feature would automatically apply an offer code when a client's cart total exceeds a specified amount. Key benefits include:

Allow us to send patients a link for direct feedback
For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

Resource/Staff Unavailable for a Specific Time
Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

We would like to list products as add on for up sales when client is booking online, just like the add on services feature. For example, if they book microneedling, we would like the client to be able to select the after care kit while booking.

Ability to Separate Products/Packages by Client on Merged Appointments
When two or more appointments are merged—for example, when one person pays for services or products for multiple clients—all products and packages purchased during that merged appointment are automatically attributed to the paying client’s account.
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to assign products and packages to the correct client, even within a merged appointment. This way, each client’s account accurately reflects their individual purchases, package usage, and product history, regardless of who paid.
This would make tracking product recommendations, package redemptions, and client history much more accurate and reduce confusion at future appointments.

I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.
To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

Book multiple sessions over different days
Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.
