  1. Hi! It would be extremely helpful if Med Spas could edit the processing time to begin at the start time of an appointment as opposed to the very end of the appointment. We would utilize this feature for NUMBING time. This would allow for additional bookings. I see this was a request with 40 critical votes back in 2023!

  3. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

  4. As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

  5. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  6. Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

  7. Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

  9. We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

  12. I have an 8 hour schedule. I want to have custom slots available. For example, 12-2, 3-5, and 7-8pm. Unfortunately, the only work around is by using resources and having one set of time be from open to close 12-8, and the other to be from 12-4 without adding any additional customization.

  14. Enable business usage as a payment type so that we can 1) pull product from inventory, and 2) calculate sales tax owed on products used. This would be applicable for supplements, back bar skincare items, etc. so that use tax can be calculated automatically without inflating sales numbers.

  16. This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

  19. When pulling up client formulas via app or desktop - having the newest added formula first would be more efficient. Also, adding the actual date added to them rather than just the (I.e. 1 month ago, 3 month ago). Helps keep things organized

  20. When creating/editing intake forms, it should also allow for service modifiers to be selected. When a modifier(s) is selected, the intake form will be sent to those clients. This is currently not doable
