    Currently, we need to download this report each time we want to filter and this isnt optimal.

  4. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  6. The Marketing suite is horrible! It is so difficult to use. You need to make it easier because it is also extremely expensive. I left Booker to come to you and their marketing suite which is called Frederick is easy to use. With you guys I had to get mailchimp to send emails. I am not happy about this at all.

If we know a patient needs to reschedule but they don't yet know what time would work for them or they haven't responded back to an offered time...there should be a wait list spot for us to move the unscheduled appointment to until they respond. This way we can move it off of the schedule to free up their original spot for other patients but not have to cancel and remake there appointment when they do eventually respond/or are ready to reschedule and the appt can keep its original notes etc.

  8. We would like to run a report that shows us the profits on performed services. To do this, we need to be able to enter in the actual unit prices of products used in services. Right now, active products allow us to enter in default unit price, we would like the same for services.

  9. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.

  11. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  17. We do both in office and virtual appointments. It would be nice to personalize client notifications based on specific appointments with specific instructions for the retrospective appointment vs overarching generalized notifications. It can be confusing for the client when something is virtual vs in office.

  18. schedules are created via another platform that is easier to manage thousands of employees across locations. area managers are then responsible for replicating these in boulevard, but far too manual to be confident in their accuracy, especially when considering schedule changes that may happen later. By having an API, there is greater confidence in the bookable availability in blvd.

  19. When you download a summary, it has the date range for the summary in the file name. When you download a custom report it just has the report name. This is hard when you need multiple reports of different date ranges and they are all named "Custom report.csv" and "Custom report(1).csv" It would be nice to have the date range for the report like the summaries have.

  20. Add a slider bar to compare before and after photos to allow direct comparison. This feature is in TouchMD and is super helpful for the team.
