  6. We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.

    For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.

    This would protect my artist as well as myself.

  7. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.

  12. Allow for creation of promotional products that don't skew retail product averages. I.e. I want to send thank you cards to patients and track that in BLVD on the patient profile (and possibly a separate promotional product report) but don't want to skew retail averages because it is a product.
    Almost like a 'misc product' or 'misc item' that doesn't skew data on retail products.
    Would also be helpful for promotional items

  16. I’d love to suggest a streamlined feature for the Boulevard Duo app check-in process: the ability to add 2–3 short, customizable questions that pop up when a client checks in—without requiring them to complete a full form.

    These would be lightweight, quick-response questions (multiple choice, yes/no, or short text) designed to improve client care and communication in a seamless way. For example:

    “Do you prefer a silent appointment?” (Options: Yes / No / Depends on the day)

    “Have you recently changed anything in your skincare or medications?” (Yes / No)
