  4. Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

  5. When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

  6. I create a database and Google Sheets reports of all new patients and use Zapier to feed this information from BLVD. I would like to see Customer's Address, Provider, First Sale and Referral Source added to fields that can be exported. Thank you.

  7. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

I don't really need all my receptionists being able to access all my settings but they absolutely need to be able to reconnect the tablet and card reader when we have service blips- which can happen. I'm not sure why it's so all or nothing with that setting but it would be helpful to have it be more granular.

  9. My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

  11. When a number isn't in the system under a profile it shows in messages as "unknown". Sometimes we end up creating a profile for the person. It would be super helpful to be able to create a profile right from the messages. As it is, we need to go to the clients tab, create a new client, and then manually copy the phone number from the messages tab (You can't even select to copy and paste the number)

  13. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

  14. The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

  16. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  19. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…
