  1. I like the way you can set up schedules for team in boulevard but something that could make it better would be to have a lunch section in the scheduler. Right now having to set up to repeat is not very efficient.

  2. We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

  3. It seems like product managers and engineers are a little out of touch with how people are using the software. A day of shadowing a customer would probably open their eyes to some of the rougher edges of the software.

    Many of the "feature requests" on here could almost be categorized as bugs. They aren't the software not working as designed, but they are the software not working as expected by users.

  5. Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.

    Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.

    t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

  6. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  7. We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles

  11. A lot of my patients have been asking me for a subscribe form to subscribe to our marketing. This would also be helpful when I go to events to have people fill out their info and check yes for subscribing to emails and sms.We need to be able to embed a marketing submission form that I can put on my website where if a client fills it out, it saves their information to boulevard so they can subscribe to our marketing.

  12. It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
    Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client).   13. a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.

  17. It would be great to have the price of a base service available, along with add on options/pricing BEFORE selecting a provider. It is very frustrating to not know that information. We have had potentially new clients call, while looking at the booking screen, concerned that if they select a provider they are locked in to booking without knowing the price.

  19. I’d love to see Boulevard introduce more flexible, Podium-style review flow settings—specifically the ability to direct clients straight to Google without internal screening.

    Right now, the current workflow adds friction at a critical moment:

    Clients are first asked to complete an internal survey
    Then must find and click a small “Leave a Google Review” button
    Then repeat the process again on Google

    This multi-step experience significantly reduces conversion. Even highly satisfied clients drop off.

    From a modern reputation management perspective, the goal should be frictionless, one-tap review generation at peak satisfaction—not added steps.
