  1. PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

  2. Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

  3. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  4. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

  9. Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

  10. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  13. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  15. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

Please Please Please, make a separate section under sales summary for memberships or take them out of retail sales, its so deceiving looking at monthly reports and having memberships sales numbers in both retail and service. The reports are terribly skewed and we have to manually go in to subtract memberships from retail since they already show under service when the membership is redeemed.
