  1. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  5. create a report that allows you to pull information from forms, example if they checked off using photos for marketing, or to find out zip codes to see where clients are coming from, or if they select certain concerns there have to pull reports by who is concerned with what to send targeted emails

  9. An example the Blvd Duo was off line and we could not take credit card payment it would have been nice to be able to send the customer an invoice of what was owed.

  11. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

  12. An "end date" for memberships would be so helpful instead of just setting a cancellation date. (Most of our clients sign a contract for a 1 year commitment) The option to "auto renew" for clients that want to continue would be amazing as well.

    If we could make the membership page clearer it would be incredibly helpful. Charge dates clearly labeled, with which date they redeemed the voucher that is connected to that charge date.

  13. One feature I’m genuinely surprised doesn’t exist in Boulevard is the ability to approve or deny online booking requests before they’re automatically confirmed. Nearly every other major booking platform includes this functionality—and for good reason.

    As a business owner, I need the flexibility to review appointments before locking them in. Whether it’s for new clients, service compatibility, or stylist scheduling nuances, the ability to screen and approve incoming requests is a critical workflow tool that should absolutely be included in Boulevard.

It would be very helpful to have options available as to how the online booing services are displayed to clients (lowest to highest, alphabetical, highest to lowest, etc) rather than only having one option of highest to lowest which could deter first time clients who see the highest listed price points first when selecting a service.

  16. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  19. When attaching products to services (Botox, Filler, Tips etc.,) there should be an option to attach multiple products to a service AND adjust the set quantities to customizable amounts in stead of only whole units. Sometimes we need to attach .5 or 1.5 to services rather than 1 or 2!
