  1. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  2. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  7. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

  9. When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.

    The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…

E.g. a block from 12-4pm can have a block double booked onto it to specify any further notes within the block period or a block description can be separated by lines (1-2pm: _______ (new line) 2-3pm: __________ (new line) 3-4pm: ___________) without creating a separate block for every hour of the whole block period

  12. We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.

    Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

  20. We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.
