  5. We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

  6. Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.

    For instance filters such as:

    Total service sales
    New guests
    Total guests
    Total retail sales
    Total retail units
    % guests purchasing retail
    Add on units
    Add on $ sales
    Rebooking %
    Utilization %

    This would allow us to set goals and to have to ability to have staff concentrate on certain things. New staff need to worry about rebook % and % guest purchasing retail, while existing staff might need to concentrate more on utilization rates and add ons. Having just service $ and retail $…

  7. The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.

    The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.

  17. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.
