  1. Currently, each membership plan needs to be clicked into in order to activate it at the location level. It would be much easier to toggle them from the membership list similar to how we can do so in Services and Products

  2. It would be helpful to be able to customize inactivity timeouts per individual employee. We had it set to 5 minutes due to the fact that we have 4 guest relations desks and there were issues with employees stepping away without logging out. We've now run into the issue where providers are charting, it times out, and they lose all of their notes.. It would be nice to set provider's timeouts longer than guest relations'.

  4. Instead of having to complete 2 orders the ability to redeem a voucher at time of purchase. 95% of clients buying a package that day are in store to redeem one voucher.

  5. I need a way to set "tasks" with deadlines for staff. For example, follow up with Jane Doe regarding laser package. These tasks should not show or disrupt their booking calendar.

  6. it would bbe helpful to be able to audit changes to specific fields within the staff profile, such as:
    - who changed staff role and when
    - who changed "bookable online" and when

  7. TRACKING OF PATIENT APPOINTMENT-ALL ASPECTS OF IT INCLUDING ONLINE BOOKINGS, CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING, CONFIRMING, CHECKING IN/OUT-ALL OF IT NEEDS TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO ADMIN. I DO NOT WISH TO GO THROUGH ENGINEERS TO BE ABLE TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION. AS A PRACTICE IT IS VERY DISTRUPTIVE, TIME CONSUMING AND A FINANCIAL HIT WHEN WE DO NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION READILY AVAILABLE TO US. PLEASE SEE CONVO WITH MEGAN ON 3/16/26 FOR REFERENCE.   8. When giving a dollar amount discount for tox sales - the discount does not multiply with the number of units. ie: We give $3 per unit. A client buys 50 units, their discount is $150 - but the feature does not do the multiplication. It leaves the discount at $3. So we have to go in and autocalculate the discount (or we have a seperate line item at the discounted rate but then that does not show the client the amount they saved).

  11. Have a "completed" certificate to print out so you know your employees completed training. I can't trust people at their word that they actually completed the training.

  12. When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
    The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.

  14. We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

  15. Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.

  16. Clients are creating New Profiles or New Accounts when they online book instead of using their current accounts already in the system. There should be an alert when they enter their phone number OR email that an account ALREADY EXSITS with that information. Clients will make a new account and then we have to find their existing one at their appointment and merge, which doesn't always get done and is frustrating. Phone numbers should only be allowed to be on ONE ACCOUNT!

  18. There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

  19. at our med spa we have products for sale that require consent forms. this would be much easier if we could add a consent form, or any form to a clients profile WITHOUT having to schedule them an appointment. our schedules are watched by the company that owns us, so our schedules need to be as accurate as possible.

  20. A link to individual stylist services and prices. We have individual bios for our stylists and would love to have a direct booking link in their bios that go directly to their services and prices only.
