  1. Iphone integrated their tap to pay on payment softwares. But boulevard still hasn’t integrated it in their software. It would make it easier for rental stylists to do their own check out in a full salon where the access to checkout is more difficult.

  5. In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

  10. The automatic away messages are great. It would be nice to be able to pause them or turn them off from the messages tab. Sometimes we are working after close or before open, and it is awkward to have the away message pop up in the text chain with the guest.

  11. We have an automatic 18% gratuity, but online booking allows guests to enter a custom amount. This creates confusion and issues at checkout when we remind them of our auto gratuity policy and they respond with "well why was I able to customize it online then?"

  14. There is some sort of bug where our audience keeps defaulting to 24 months even when we have saved a much smaller audience...its super expensive for us. We think we are sending to 600 people and it goes to 5k.

    Please update the default audience to 1 year or 0 to keep from costly sends...even if you simply forget to change it 1 year would be a better choice.

For extra security measures when purchasing gift cards, a drivers license should be required with a link provided to submit their driver's license that gets linked to their account with verbiage to include they will need to also provide identification at the time of their appointment along with the original credit card they used.

  20. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.
