  1. We have patients that get scheduled, never show up and are never actually seen in the office, and we can't get them out of our client list. Should have a feature that they can be made inactive, invisible or able to delete them all together.

  2. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

  3. When clients are paying with cash or gift card, I have to basically read off their whole cart, then tell them the tax and the total. It would be great if it just shows up on the iPad so it's not so super awkward!

  4. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  7. MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

  9. This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:

    • Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
    • Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers
    • Provide a more streamlined and accurate view of sales data
    • Save time and reduce potential errors in reporting

    This enhancement would improve the efficiency of report generation and analysis, allowing businesses to quickly access relevant sales data without the extra step of manually filtering out package vouchers.

  10. In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

  13. Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

  14. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  15. You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

  16. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  19. This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

    1. Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
    2. Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
    3. Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients

    This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

    The feature would simplify payroll processes and eliminate the need for workarounds like creating separate "Employee Services" categories with 0% commission rates.…
