  1. It would be nice to add a membership to a clients profile without selling it through the POS. There are many times we want to add the plan and draft info but charge nothing until the first draft the next month.

  2. We have multiple products used with every procedure we perform. We need to be able to keep track of these products accurately. Once a procedure is performed, we should be able to attach as many products as we would like to any given procedure and accurately input what was used during the procedure. Also, there should be alerts attached to the products to inform us when we need to purchase more. This will regulate waste as well as streamline our operations to provide us ease of ordering and receiving. We will even be able to see what we no longer…

  3. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  5. I would like the option to create a retail product bundle - ex: holiday skincare bundle with 5 products. With the ability to sell that bundle and have the individual items pulled out of their respective inventory.

  6. Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.

  7. We should be able to charge the membership card on file for the cancellation policy. If there isn't a payment card stored it won't allow you to bill them. Any card on file should be able to be used for payment.

  12. We need the ability to set dynamic pricing for individual stylists or service providers within a single profile. For example, if a stylist named Jane offers a haircut, we want to be able to assign both a regular price and a premium price that automatically applies during high-demand times (like weekends, early mornings at 5 AM, or late-night appointments).

    We also need the flexibility to customize these high-demand times per stylist, as one stylist’s peak hours may be different from another's. For example, Jane’s premium pricing might apply on weekends, while Jack’s could apply on weekday evenings.

  13. When a franchise is operating under a single dashboard, owners should be able to enable and set price/duration overrides but they should not be able to create new services or products. currently, some of these functions are within the same privilege setting and should be separated out.

  15. It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

  18. Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.
