Client Completed Booking
If a client is calling to make an appointment, let's input their phone number (or email) and first name. The system can then send them a text (or email) to input their card, agree to cancellation policy, etc, and only then will their appointment get put on the calendar.

"Copy from Previous Chart" Should Not Copy Old Photos – Only Charted Text/Information
When using the "Copy from Previous Chart" function, the system currently brings forward previously uploaded images/photos along with the charted information. This leads to confusion and potential clinical inaccuracies, especially if the old photos are outdated or no longer clinically relevant.

Need a way to apply a Time Block at BEGINNING of service scheduled for NUMBING for certain services provided
We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)
Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…2 votes -

Inventory by room and storage location
Inventory level tracking for each treatment room and inventory storage location. Minimum thresholds should be established per SKU with alerts when on-hand inventory falls below the threshold and a purchase order or transfer is needed.

Remove packages and memberships from earning Loyalty Points

add on PRODUCTS to go with a service
where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online
right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

If you allowed services to be booked at the same time (client facing and dashboard), and allow us to assign services to the same room, that would solve the couples issue.

IS there ever going to be an inter-office messaging system? We are close to choosing another EMR that offers it.
A messaging system for providers and employees to quickly alert each other of patient concerns or questions. Most EMR's have this and it is essential for . interoffice communication as well as documentation of patient care,

OFFER CODES
For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?
There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

create new client on the iPad
Allow new client creation/sales to be conducted on iPad.
When selling at community events, we have to bring a laptop, an iPad and the Duo. Each device needs to then have a hotspot and to be fully charged for the event. Why not let us create a new client/sale on the iPad AND use the iPad to checkout? It would eliminate the need for 3 devices.1 vote -
make compare photos saveable directly in the gallery
Currently you can download a compare photo into the device photos, but then have to upload it back in to the client gallery. Have a button allowing it to save directly to the client gallery. Saving some images interferes with HIPPA for medical services.
