  2. When a new service is added, I would like to choose "default settings."

    In my case currently (and I know this is not for all), it would be auto-assigning the new service to all locations (we only have one right now), all staff, etc. Also, ensuring that forms are updated to include that service. For example, new client intake should auto-add the new service.

  4. Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.

    If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

  5. Have the ability to undo a service check-out. Sometimes clients want to checkout right away and pay or redeem a voucher before they are seen and then for one reason or another the service ends up not being performed. You cant undo the checkout or remove the service from the provider so then commission will be calculated for a service wasn't performed & the appointment will show in the clients history as if they were seen when they weren't. You also cant refund a voucher to return it to a clients account.

  7. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  8. While we utilize the overlay for all services, we would love to see the ability for specials to have their own booking links that could be set to pull into a "monthly specials" section or page on the website, automatically.

  9. Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

  13. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   17. Need the ability to send the membership cancellation email for the cancellation date not time it is cancelled. Memberships are cancelled at time they are sold since there is not an option to preset only a 12 month membership term and clients get confused when receiving cancellation email so early.

  19. When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

  20. Offers should have more options.

    -----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.
