  1. Would love to be able to view and adjust inventory in the app

  2. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  3. We can't keep track of who is making changes, making appointments or cancellations so sometimes its hard to determine who the client spoke to. I know we can sign in and out every time but our office has one desktop we all use to check clients out and logging in and out is not realistic for us. There needs to be some sort of initials or sign off when doing anything to the schedule.

  4. The Problem
    Many seasoned service providers (e.g., hairstylists, massage therapists, personal trainers) reach a point where their schedules are full, and they prefer to maintain relationships with existing clients. However, the current system doesn't allow them to filter who can book. This creates several challenges:

    Providers have to manually decline or reschedule new client appointments, creating friction.

    New clients may feel frustrated after booking only to be told they can’t be accommodated.

    This increases admin overhead and reduces the provider’s satisfaction with our platform.

    The Solution
    Introduce a “New Client Booking Restriction” toggle in provider settings:

  11. It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

Add functionality to allow membership vouchers to be placed in the wallet at the start of each calendar month and remain active until the end of that same month, regardless of the client's individual billing or pay period. This change would address the issue where some clients need to redeem services before their payment has technically been processed—often due to provider availability—causing complications with voucher tracking and commission calculations. Ensuring vouchers are consistently visible and valid throughout the entire month would simplify administration and reduce billing discrepancies.

  13. I have an issue with the memberships:

    We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…

  16. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve workflow for providers. Currently, there is no direct functionality for lab ordering or generating lab requisition forms within the platform. This results in extra manual steps, including creating lab orders outside of the system, storing them separately, and emailing them to patients via other tools.
    It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows providers to:
    Order labs or select from common test panels directly in the EMR
    Generate a printable and savable PDF lab requisition
    Email or securely share the lab order with patients through the…

  18. Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.

  19. Blushington would like the ability to target their top spenders without having to use the added step of tags. If we could have an audience filter for overall spend & product spend over a time period that would be ideal.

  20. I would like the option to create a retail product bundle - ex: holiday skincare bundle with 5 products. With the ability to sell that bundle and have the individual items pulled out of their respective inventory.
