  2. Sometimes we need to send patients consents without them needing an appointment like membership consents or photo releases etc, however, there is no way to send consents to fill out without an upcoming appointment.

  3. It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

  4. Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

  5. It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

  6. Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

  7. Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.

  8. Would like the ability to choose a direct link for forms instead of only in client notifications and manual send from appointment edit.

  11. We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appointment now." A service specific campaign would be: If someone came in for lab testing, they would need…

  13. We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

  14. Reviews. Clients are writing reviews that are not even available to be seen. A business works really hard to get a review. So there is no point here. Please update to where the BLVD reviews can be seen. But more importantly the client needs an option to review on Facebook, Yelp, Google. THIS would be supportive to your client base and should not be difficult. I believe we all have the same brilliant idea. Thanks.

  15. at our med spa we have products for sale that require consent forms. this would be much easier if we could add a consent form, or any form to a clients profile WITHOUT having to schedule them an appointment. our schedules are watched by the company that owns us, so our schedules need to be as accurate as possible.

  16. It would be nice to see all of a client payment history/ orders in their client profile vs. having to search by name in the sales tab.

  17. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  18. Love the new form expiration feature! It would be cool if it would just have the clients confirm that their medical form does not need to be updated. Rather than have them completely redo it.

  19. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  20. Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.
