  5. Customers are only shown the item list om iPad at checkout. They should see the tax and total so I don't have to announce it to the whole waiting room before they charge their card.

  7. when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

  9. Hello,

    I’d like to discuss some adjustments to your system to better align with our loyalty program needs. Currently, the setup doesn’t accommodate our preferred point structure. For example, we’d like $100 to equal 10 points, but the system forces us to assign one dollar per point. This setup isn’t suitable for the way we’ve structured our treatments and makes it challenging to apply across all our clients without extensive manual updates.

    Would you consider making the system more customizable to allow for different point conversion rates? This flexibility would significantly enhance the usability of your platform for our business.

  13. When a membership perk is configured as a discount with product as the category and "$" is set for the discount amount and product usage is used at checkout for the service only one product is discounted. However, if a percentage is used for the discount amount, each product is discounted.

    We would like the Dollars when configured, to behave the same as the percentage. Currently, only one product is discounted. This leaves manual discounting as the only viable option.

  16. We require new patients/customers to pay a deposit (to protect against no shows). Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between current customers and new customers. We need a gateway (are you a new customer question) OR ideally a way of showing certain services to new patients and certain services to existing patients. This has become a big issue as rather than booking under services titled "New Patients to XXXXX Start Here" since they require a deposit, they circumvent the system and book under other services.

  18. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  20. I get that Boulevard is trying to transition into the Medical Spa world, but the treatment records just aren't up to speed for that. As Medspa's are now transitioning to wellness the medical bar is getting even higher.

    It doesn't have to be TouchMD but some high-end medical charting system that is recognized and accepted in the space.
