Detailed Order history
In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

Add a flag to messages that it needs follow up, further info or attention
add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks

Reports Filter: Staff Name (Active vs Inactive)
When filtering a report by Staff Name, having the ability to select between Active, Inactive or All. Similar to the Employees tab under Manage Business.

Clarity on packages based off original service price
It would be great for the system to reflect the original single service price and have the option to show the discount based off package price. This is essential to show the client how much they are actually saving.

when at last or second to last repeat appointment check out, give warning that repeat appointments are almost over
When checking out a patient with repeat appointments, there should be a reminder at the second to last or last appointment to notify staff that the repeat appointments are ending soon.

Confirmation emails should be sent from Salon, not from Boulevard.
The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

We should be able to have packages and series in services and not products.
Series and packages should be under services and not products. Clients should be able to purchase online and be able to book services in a package one service after another with different therapists.

When you change a service, the resource linked to that service should automatically update as well. It doesn't currently.
When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

configure the client portal to allow patients to look back (view only not edit) on past forms signed
We have a post care form that I would like to add, but when the client "submits" the form, it would not be able to be reopened in the client portal. If they could still click into the form and be able to view without editing, this would be ideal. Thanks!

Gift card Deeplink Option
Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!
The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

taxes on gift cards
We need to be able to charge taxes on gift cards at the time of purchase. Otherwise our system charges taxes at the time of redemption which puts the taxes on us or we have to charge the client taxes which takes away from the purpose of the gift card and is not a smooth client experience.

Account Credit
allow an easier way to input account credits. Rather than having to do a sale to place in client chart. As well as easily being able to see why a dollar credit was added, and being able to specific what it can be used on.

packages
allow packages to be able to connect to inventory. Over half of our packages are items we need taken from inventory, would be convenient to be able to create a pack that connects to products and not just services. this would eliminate having to create a offer, and letting the package be a specific price.

I would like for there to be the ability to move the order of the add on menu
If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

GIve us the ability to enlarge comparison pictures or direct download to ipad photos
When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.3 votes -
Allow option for patients to select a day rather than a provider first
We have 2 new providers with schedules we are trying to fill on specific days. As of right now, the patient has to select a service then choose provider which them gives the days available. The issue they always want to select the provider with the busiest schedule and we have no way to push new clients to the rest of the team. Is there a way to have them select the day first then to see who is available that day for the service they want??? Or, for us to direct link to a particular day so that we…
