Suggestions for Enhancing Performance Management Features in the System
Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

Limit amount of bookings for a specific service
We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.
This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

A photo import feature
We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

I need clients to be able to sign a membership contract *before* they purchase a membership in the overlay.!
Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.
A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

gift certificates marketing filter
There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.

Improve Form/Chart Status to Avoid Confusion with Unsigned Documents
It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

charting
I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

The ability to edit client notes instead of having to make a new note
Having the ability to edit and make changes to client notes instead of having to make a new note or deleting a note and starting over to make corrections or add additional notes.

Product wait list!
I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for. Waitlist modifier
There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

Have an option to back date a chart for late or forgotten documentation for the day of the appointment. Same with adding photos to the gallery.

Print Date and Time Stamps on All Forms and Charts
As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

Set an order that forms are filled out
We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

Allow custom links in client communications
There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.
