  1. since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.

    Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…

    Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.

    Description:
    Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:

    • Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
    • Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries
    • Prevent confusion about product availability and redemption status

  5. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  6. We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

  11. There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

  12. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  13. We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.

    Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

  16. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  19. When viewing the report details there should be a way to identify those clients that acted on the blast. I do not see a way to verify/see who is responsive. For example: if I am being charged $2 for each responsive person I should be able to see who they are.

  20. Add service and product names as columns in the Payments & Refunds report to eliminate the need for cross-referencing with the Detailed Line Item report.
