  1. I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.

    Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

  2. When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

  3. Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.

    Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.

    We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

  5. When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

  6. Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

  8. I would like the option to have a membership charge every 4 weeks instead of monthly. Since medical weight loss programs often follow specific treatment cycles that don't align perfectly with standard monthly billing.

  11. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  13. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

  17. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  18. I think it would be beneficial for companies or providers to have access to messages through the mobile app instead of only on the desktop. That way providers are able to see messages when they are out of the office for rescheduling or conflicts or even confirmations.

  19. I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.
