  1. The middle initial from the forms does not link or show up on the client profile so clients with same name can get confused easily. The only way for it to show on the client profile is to add it to the first name field.

  2. It would be very helpful to assign text messages to staff members. Staff will start a conversation and it's helpful if a response comes in while they are with a patient to assign to them and alert them it's needing their attention.

  4. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

    When you are checking a client out or click on an account it would auto populate there name when booking next appointment.

  8. I would like the option to reorder my services and how they are listed on the booking site. Adding a new service automatically moves it to to the bottom and I sometimes want to rearrange the order in which they are listed (most popular services at top etc.)

  9. Allow past months inventory levels to stay recorded. If we need to go back to a past month there is no way of cross checking. I find it ridiculous to have to manually add and deduct purchases to get this number.

  14. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

  15. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  16. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

  17. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  18. account credit adjustments is a sale type in reports like detailed line item. the reason is important to be able to better understand why manual adjustments are happening
