  1. Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

  2. We are constantly adding services to client's treatments. It would be very helpful to be able to add them right in at the check out screen instead of having to edit the whole appointment. Besides the extra steps, it also messes with the way the schedule looks for the rest of the day! :)

  4. I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.

  7. If a person has two back to back appointments it fails to show them both on the calendar. Blvd currently shows one appointment for a person and it looks as though there is an open appointment spot on our end when there isn’t.

  8. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

  9. I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

  10. A reportable field that our team could fill in with the next outreach date, a drop-down of why we need to reach out (rebook, membership, customer service are the general drop-downs that come to mind).

    Report on clients without a future appointment scheduled including name, home studio, last appointment date, type of service, dates of last outbound message sent and last inbound message received through Boulevard

  11. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  12. Manually adding vouchers to a client's chart. Example: giving a client a free session, we should be able to add the voucher to the account without going through check out and zeroing out the balance.

  18. Our business does not mind if expired "package/series" vouchers from a one time purchase are still displayed, however for our Recurring Monthly Charged Memberships that automatically add new vouchers every month, we would like for those to be automatically deleted from client profiles.

    At this point, we have thousands of expired vouchers from active or in-active memberships that are starting to slow down opening and reading our member's payment method tabs. And deleting expired vouchers take a couple of hours per client depending on how long they have been coming.

    This would be a HUGE improvement in efficiency and relaying…

  20. If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.
