  1. It would be great if, now that memberships & packages are not under the product category, they did not contribute to loyalty points earnings. The only setting options are services and products, and if membership charges contribute to these, it skews the program to the point that we cannot use it. We'd really like to incentivize our clients to purchase retail with the loyalty program but can't enable it with the current settings.

  2. When you go to text a new client in messages and you type their name and it is not in the system and you click "+ New Client" it automatically deletes the name you just had typed in. When you book a new appointment on the calendar view and type in their name for a new client- it automatically fills the name you just typed. It would be much more effective this way for messages as well.

  4. Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.

  6. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  7. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

The new feature to add a service at checkout is great, however there should be an option to "add time" with the service because without doing so it is negatively impacting someones utilization which is a key KPI in evaluating providers and their success within a business and its profitability.
    Perhaps you can add the option to "add time with this service" as well for those of us who need it without having to leave the screen and add the service in to the appointment the regular way which would ensure that time is added and utilization is optimized. Otherwise,…

  12. Our accountant has raised some concerns regarding the way we input products into inventory, specifically when it comes to adjusting the unit cost for the price at which items were actually purchased.

    For example, we sometimes purchase neurotoxin at a discounted price during sales, or on occasion, we receive it for free. However, when inputting this into the product inventory, the unit cost is automatically set to a general price, which doesn’t reflect the actual discounted or zero cost we've paid.   13. From the front desk screen. The ability to merge the clients when 1 person wants to pay for the other. I feel like i should be able to drag and drop an order on top of another to easily checkout the client(s). A lot of times, a mom and daughter or a couple will get a head spa on the same day and 1 person wants to pay for both.   16. We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...?   17. Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

    To avoid confusion at checkout, it is proposed that the iPad, which is solely used to check out clients, should display a more intuitive message. Currently, the "Check In" prompt leads clients to believe they need to check in rather than check out. A simple rewording could significantly improve user experience and streamline the process. Suggested alternative messages include:

    "Complete Checkout"
    "Finalize Your Purchase"
    "Proceed to Payment"
    "Finish Your Transaction"

    This change would help clients easily distinguish between the check-in and check-out process, reducing confusion and making the transaction smoother.
