  2. This account is asking to have the password option mandatory for all clients when booking online. They are looking for the optional choice to go away.

  3. It took me months to realize how many people were on our waitlist. The system only shows current day, unless you x out of the day. I suggest to take out that entire option and just show the entire waitlist all at once.

  4. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  5. Clients are not able to book multiple appointments for other members of their party. When one client books for more than one person, we could send only one message with the whole booking that includes all the appointments instead of sending individual messages per client.

  14. Even if a client has vouchers to redeem or has a gift card balance/account balance, our booking widget looks like the client's credit card is being charged because there is a "total amount" and the total is also shown on the "Review Your Booking" page after cc details are entered.

    It appears that the credit card entered was charged with the total amount versus some verbiage stating that their card will only be charged after services are rendered. Clients are contacting us confused as to whether or not their card has been charged.

  15. If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

  17. With Covid shut downs we are cancelling so many appointments and adding people to the waitlist. Right now it's 2 very different steps. It would be nice to be able to have the option to add the appointment to the waitlist as you are cancelling it. It can be located where the arrow for rescheduling and the X for cancelling is located. It would save time and brain power because it would already know which client, stylist and service to book. It would also be great to be on the pro moblie app too.

  20. Allow cut times to be altered from the client's profile rather than solely from an active appointment. That way if they don't have an active appointment, we can still make accommodations for future appointments.
