  1. The ability to customize the copy to tailor to your specific business

    As it is currently, the copy doesn't make sense in some areas for our business. ie "which professional?" title to drop down menu and "add service" button. We are using the system to book daily chair rentals. So the "which professional?" drop down menu on our system lists chair 1, chair 2, etc not names of beauty professionals.

  2. not offering more than one stylist

    hey so we absolutely do not want our clients to try to book for a color cut service with their regular stylist and have it offer a color with them and then offer a haircut with someone else. We do not clients booking with multiple stylist and most important dont want to offer them to see someone other than their regular chosen stylist!

  6. Remove "(Optional)" next to the create a password/account when purchasing Package+Memberships.

    They should be required to make an account when purchasing a package and makes the booking process way more streamlined, It also would make it one step shorter by cutting out the process of re-adding card info when creating an account after purchasing a package separately.

    With our past software(s), there is usually a place to enter in the actual count during the physical month end inventory, record and print.
    The report would reflect:

    1. on hand inventory count prior to the updates
    2. count currently being updated to
    3. count difference
    4. cost value of products being adjusted (whether under or over)
    5. ability to print/save report
