Differentiate actions in Group Appointment online book flow for "Add More" and "Add Guest"
In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.

Hourly, salary, and/or commission - Calculating pay rate based on performance.
I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Messages need to designate to the client name, not the phone number
When messaging a client directly about her upcoming appointment it showed up in the message center under her kid's name instead of hers. Created confusion as his profile didn't have an upcoming appointment

In Reports, have the main column "frozen" so that scrolling left to right still would show the service providers name

May be overkill, but may become necessary. Many locales are going to require limitations on appointment booking...
...within salons such as # of guests at a time, time between appts, number of staff working concurrently. There may be some slight adjustments to match maker that would greatly benefit those urban-salons that would be subject to such regulations.
Use case; limited amount of concurrent clients.
Option to set concurrent clients at a limit, disallowing manual and client self booking beyond that set limit.
Use case; limited amount of concurrent staff.
This would likely be manually controlled by salons.
Use case; time constraint requirements on time between clients for sanitation protocols.

Better Education on Client Passwords
I have spotted either bug or an unusual UX approach in online booking. I noticed that when I booked myself in for a treatment at Lash Lovers through our log in page that I was asked to put in my password when I had not ever put my password in for Lash Lovers before.
I decided to follow the reset process to complete the appointment. I noticed my credit card was on file curiously but continued. This all felt a little odd, almost like I had a duplicate account.

Tab on the customer profile to see ALL purchases and appointment history together (basically all CC transactions)
I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

Assistant scheduling under main service provider's schedules
We would the ability to create a second column for staff members so that their assistants can take on some of their clients for specific services.
Example: a client books their single process color with the service provider listed online, but on the back-end, the assistant would perform the actual service.

Move the settings gear icon out of the bottom corner
I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.
If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.
Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.
