  1. We often need to document a phone message, or lab results, or need to create or complete a "task" of some sort for patients. Can we please create a "task" schedule or tab that we can see for patients. Currently our work around now is scheduling an appointment so we can document the task, but it will send the patient an appointment reminder if you create which confuses the patient. So a way to create and complete tasking for various items in charts without having to create an appointment would be extremely helpful.

  3. Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.

  4. There should be a way to set custom no-show fee for shorter and longer appointments. We have somewhere from 15minutes to 3 and half hours, so charging a flat no show fee would not be fair neither to our practice nor the patients. We are a med spa and we don't list our pricing on the online booking site for everything, so we cannot use the % of the service price. Thank you for your consideration.

  8. Operator activity summary and report do not show appointments that were booked by each operator. This would be very helpful to see how much booking each person is creating.

  9. Within Form settings the option for "At Check -In with Duo" should restrict that Form from populating before the client checks in. We have a specific Form that we want the client to only fill out at the appointment and not before the appointment. If the client accesses their client portal to complete outstanding Forms, they can see, access, and complete all available Forms.

  10. If a particular service requires a consult, first, do not allow booking a service (ie: laser hair removal) if the client has yet to have a consultation (which our practice requires a consultation prior to getting treated.

    Or...create a setting which would allow existing clients to receive certain services and book them on-line while preventing new clients from booking certain services on-line (because they might need a consultation, first OR the service may not be the right thing for that client and they would only know this if they had a consultation).

  11. Pls make it so you can auto-apply discounts to the REMAINING appointments, not all of them. No one ever wants to discount already-booked bookings. The goal is always to make more money, not less.
    In general, pls fix the offers and make them more usable- not stackable. We cannot even use the auto apply at all because it can be stacked.

  12. Boulevard lets any employee enable Google/iCloud calendar integration in My Settings. Even when a business restricts Boulevard access to a salon’s static IP, the calendar feed exports appointments with client full name + phone number to personal devices off-network—bypassing owner security settings.

    Why implement: This is a high-impact, low-effort improvement that reduces privacy/liability risk, supports off-the-clock boundaries, and makes Boulevard easier to sell to security-minded multi-location operators.

    Request: Add a Privilege Group toggle to disable external calendar integrations (and revoke existing feeds), or enforce redacted calendar details (first name + last initial / no phone / “Client Appointment”).

  14. Autosave email/text marketing campaigns while you are working on them, or provide a save button to save any changes while in editing mode. In the case the screen refreshes or logs you out - you won't have to start all over again.

  15. Botox only on Wednesdays or First Friday or ...
    Special Event Services only able to be booked for specific date of said event.
    Without having to set up seperate resources and schedule them accordingly. When you have a ton of resources already for all of your rooms and specific equipment, having to create resources just for a specific and occasionally used services it's clunky and cubersome

  17. Boulevard administration - is there any update on this topic? Asking as general question as I have tried on several occassions to find out who the adminstration is here at boulevard that would be responsible for this feature being implemented and prioritized? Boulevard itself has a "pretty" online presence both on desktop and phone. They are their own colors, words, vibe, feel, etc... I am wondering how come you do not expect to offer that same package to the clients who pay you on a monthly basis? Wondering why this concern is not taken more seriously on the administration end?…

  19. I have an 8 hour schedule. I want to have custom slots available. For example, 12-2, 3-5, and 7-8pm. Unfortunately, the only work around is by using resources and having one set of time be from open to close 12-8, and the other to be from 12-4 without adding any additional customization.

  20. When pulling up client formulas via app or desktop - having the newest added formula first would be more efficient. Also, adding the actual date added to them rather than just the (I.e. 1 month ago, 3 month ago). Helps keep things organized
