  2. This app would be great to be able to use an amazon fire tablet as they are so much more affordable than apple and android devices. Deveolping the software to run on FIRE OS operating system is very similar to the android systems. I understand you can add google play to an amazon fire os system, but it would be nice to have the boulevard software available on amazon apps.

  3. whenever a client no shows and it gives the option to checkout with the no show fee i would like the appointment to still stay on the books and be in a column like unconfirmed clients

  5. In the BLVD DUO app... it times out after a minute, and often messes someone up that is filling out their forms. Is there a way to put in a request to get rid of the time out feature? And if there's not, can we request a longer time out period, more like 5 minutes vs 60 seconds. It has been an ongoing issue for some of our staff and clients to deal with.

  6. Client A sale, purchasing $100 of account credit for Client B using existing client credit. After sale, which will be a net zero for the business, will show as $100 in payments even through it should cancel out and be $0.

  7. The link at the bottom of the confirmation and reminder emails (to get back to the website) is very small and not easily seen. It would be great to have the logo linked directly to the website, so that clients can click the logo to be directed back easily.

  8. It would be really great if we could select certain sections of the employee profile to show when the mouse hovers over it in the calendar setting in the business dashboard.

    A quick place to see "oh this employee speaks another language" or any other quirk or specific requirement/skill/need that that employee might have.

  9. On client's check out ticket, can you change "Charge" at the bottom to whatever the payment actually is, because it is confusing when a client pays cash and it prompts "charge!"

  10. When looking back at past appointments when we click on the appointment and on view order and then the receipt/ ticket shows up but then when we go back it goes to the current day. Would be nice to have it stay on the past day we have chosen .

  12. There is one glaring issue though which is if client last names are turned OFF, then staff cannot book appointments themselves. When they search a client, all of that client appears and then they have no way of differentiating. Not sure what the workaround would be; perhaps allow last name searching when booking appointments.

  16. Right now even receptionists are receiving emails regarding appointment creation and cancellation on emails that contain the clients' name, phone, email. This is by far giving them permanent paper trails of the salons clients and is only paving the way for employees to leave and just look through their email archives.

    Although clients are shared between salons and their staff. I don't feel it is necessary to have the client data in emails that are by nature an export of data out of the Blvd ecosystem. If a service provider has access to permissions on blvd then they can ascertain…

  19. I think it would be cool for the customer to have the ability to edit their answers or add to them in the time leading up to the appointment. Something in the Nordstrom app where you can manage your appointments.

  20. Clients who are visiting website solely to purchase a GC don't know to go to booking first. We had to label is specifically. it would be better if it was it's own entity
