Unique booking overlay to improve SEO
Boulevard administration - is there any update on this topic? Asking as general question as I have tried on several occassions to find out who the adminstration is here at boulevard that would be responsible for this feature being implemented and prioritized? Boulevard itself has a "pretty" online presence both on desktop and phone. They are their own colors, words, vibe, feel, etc... I am wondering how come you do not expect to offer that same package to the clients who pay you on a monthly basis? Wondering why this concern is not taken more seriously on the administration end? I came from PatientNow who offered our practice a truly unique experience. The booking overlay was formatted to fit our business colors, text fonts, etc automatically. The booking overlay was integrated in a way that when clients would select to book now they REMAINED on our own practice website thereby increasing our SEO's even if they are becoming outdated it still matters. If you need help understanding or are interested in discussing further I would be happy to do so as I am sure others would as well since this seems like a HOT TOPIC not just for me but for other practices as well.
Please consider that currently you are asking for money per month, taking merchant processing fees, promoting the boulevard brand while giving NOTHING back to the clients who support YOU. Would you want to use a company like that? One that offered the same things like a square account set up but was not for free?
I am asking for feedback here, the prioritization clients will receive when choosing to partner with boulevard as a merchant processor, business operations platform and unique practice standards.
I often look at the boulevard candle sent to us and wonder why if this candle looks so pretty does boulevard not care that their booking overlay looks like it is from the stone age?
