  2. On mobile, the booking flow becomes unclear when a service includes add-ons or required options.

    It isn’t obvious that guests need to scroll to select required options. The top banner remains fixed and takes up a significant portion of the screen, which makes the scrollable area very small and easy to miss.

    If a guest doesn’t scroll, required selections and related error messages aren’t visible. When they tap “Select Professional” or try to move forward, nothing appears to happen, which can feel broken or unresponsive rather than instructional.

  10. Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

  11. We need appointment reminders further out than 5 DAYS.

    We rebook our clients out for months in advance. Clients will book just to be on the books, but then frequently at the latest reminder that Boulevard allows—the client gets a 5 day reminder, realize they have a conflict and cancel. This really doesn't give us enough time to get those slots rebooked and costs us money.

    We need the ability to push at least one ADDITIONAL notification out to 10-14 days.

    We do have enterprise so I was able to create a workaround using zapier and doing an API call…

  12. All unread messages should automatically be listed at the top. If a marketing message is sent and there are unread messages they get lost in the shuffle.

  13. When I am trying to send a new MESSAGE to a new customer, the NOTE box is highlighted instead of the SEARCH box for a name.
    Can you please change it so that managers can find customers more quickly and send the message?

  16. We need a report to run the business appropriately. We want to know what offers are working! If an offer code is used we want to know if it was a new client or existing client and the revenue tied to the transaction where the offer code was used

  20. From a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. By not specifying member pricing online, it causes confusion and unhappy surprises for new/non members if they book online.
