  1. We have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. This gives the client a false sense of hope, and they will add themselves…

  6. If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks

  9. Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

  12. Sometimes we ONLY want stylists to see how much they've earned in Gratuity for the day and only the admin gets to see their service sales. For other employees, they want to see their service sales and gratuity, and everything else. Being able to control who sees what on their mobile app would be great!

  13. This would allow an Admin to choose who can over override scheduling rules, which can currently be done when booking with "Select time on calendar” (Timing/Resource Blocking/Approve a Service Provider to perform a service that is normally not done)

  14. The ability to stack / apply multiple offer codes during online booking. Currently, this is only accomplished when applying via the dashboard. This would allow businesses more opportunity to incentivize clients and increase revenue.

  15. When you are on a client's profile and looking at their upcoming appointments, it's nice that you can get the full appointment details view from there but I really wish there was also a button to "View on Calendar" so that you could see it there in one click. The way it is now, you have to first potentially change locations, then go to the calendar view, then change the calendar date, then just kind of manually scan the calendar to find the appt. It should be a much more seamless process than this.

  18. The business would like to be able to see how the gift card was sold over a specific date range. They would like to be able to filter to see if the gift card was sold online or in store.

  19. When splitting payments, it would be ideal for the payment prompt to reset to default after first payment type is entered. It is habitual to hit the green button which when splitting payment, will put through the same payment type as the first. This leads to excessive refunds and guest time management. At the very least, ask for a prompt for second payment type.
