Create a way to connect important information to each soap note.
For example.. Patient diagnosis.
This would keep the provider from having to retype information that could already be pre-populated to save time.

discount codes automation and upgrades
Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....
We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.
Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

Prepaid Product Units - Commission Reporting
If we can get operators in the system to tag in when they sell pre-paid units that would be great. As of now, and pre-paid units don't tie into an operator so we can't see that in the commissions reporting system.

Having a combined report so that we do not have to access several different reports
Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:
Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships
Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.
Product sales - shows all your sales for each product
Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class
Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…

Detailed time clock report that breaks down hours by job reason
For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

Can our neurotoxin treatment record keep pulling forward to the new treatment record? Because botox patterns often stay the same
Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

Customizable Appointment Status
The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.
Examples:
1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.If there was a customization…

Filter by Last Contacted
When filtering clients, we would like to have an option to filter clients based on when the most recent message was sent. For example to filter out clients if they were contacted less than a month ago.

Vouchers should not be listed as a product and be included in the report

Customer service count shown on schedule/appointment details, and reports.
Add a service count indicator on the appointment details that shows how many times the customer has done that service in the past. For example, if the customer has already completed 4 60min massage appointments, the schedule would have an indicator (when you click to see details) that shows they've completed 4 previously so we know it is their 5th.
This would help provide better conversations with clients, and better staff awareness when a client is completing series of scheduled/prescribed treatments.

delineation between staff and rooms
It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

New forward looking report
Something like the staff performance report mixed with the booked forecast report. I would like to see hours booked and hours scheduled along with the dollars booked for the date range.
