Allow returning clients to log in when booking
The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

Reporting for Incomplete Check outs
Ability to pull reports showing incomplete checkouts, and also include these details in the report: "export with additional details like service, staff, etc."

Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

Factor in Business Charges with commission swap
There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

Being able to use the app to check clients in. Unfortunately our internet can be a little spotty and sometimes I'm only able to work using my phone. It would be great to check clients in directly in the app instead of having to sign in on my browser.

add products to the client booking portal
When a client is booking their appointment online, they can add products in their appointments (this can help the client remember what they need and see new products, also help the front desk know that the client needs these products at their appointment... and we can place an order if we are low)

Multiple barcode for products
Occassionally manufacturers will alter or update an items barcode for their own reasons. Businesses are placed in a strange situation where although the product is largely the same (size, color, volume, formula) but the packaging has been altered so that the barcode is different or the name of the product is slightly different.
Remaining stock needs scannability with the old barcode, but new stock needs the new barcode. Having the ability to have both scans register as the same product would make the transition seamless for staff requiring only input of this into the product details if it were possible.

Ratings apart of Reporting
The business would like appointment ratings to be apart of reporting so they can get an average and view as a whole rather then per location.

Add color buttons in the Staff name to indicate what services they provide.
Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!

Change phrasing of “Group Appointment” to “Multiple Services”
“Group appointments” implies that there is more than one person getting services. “Multiple Services” however means it could be one person getting more than one service. Being a nail salon, it’s an important distinction because our clients aren’t able to book themselves a mani AND pedi at the same time unless they select the current “group” option. Causes confusion and frustration for us and our clients who don’t understand the BLVD booking system yet.
