Make client wallet credit more visible and available on the POS
I'd love to see wallet credit become much more visible during checkout. It's easy to overlook that a client has existing credit in their wallet, which can result in accidentally completing a transaction without applying it.
A great solution would be an automatic pop-up during checkout whenever a client has available wallet credit, asking:
"This client has an available wallet credit of $XX. Would you like to apply it to this transaction?"
It would also be helpful to make wallet credit available on the client-facing POS screen so clients can choose to apply their available credit themselves during checkout, just like they select a payment method or tip.
These improvements would reduce missed credits, streamline the checkout process, and create a better experience for both staff and clients.
