The Loyalty App should have the ability not to to grant points to clients who buy packages or memberships as the redemption of the earned vouchers earns them points.

menu pricing visibility
It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

Report for Recurring/Standing Appointment over a specific range
It would be helpful to have a reporting feature that shows which clients have recurring or standing appointments and how many active appointments they have, within a range. This report should also identify which clients do not have any appointments booked out within the time frame, so that we can reach out to those who need to book out for ex. holiday seasons or during other events

More granular permissions when "business manager" is toggled on.
We don't want everyone with that access to be able to edit permission groups, that should have it's own toggle.

precision booking tweak
I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.
Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

Feature Request: Toggle On/Off for Image Mark-Ups
Enable the ability to toggle image mark-ups (annotations such as Botox units, injection sites, treatment notes, etc.) on and off when displaying before-and-after photos.
Currently, when patients view before-and-after images, the photos often contain visible mark-ups showing treatment notes, units, or injection sites. While useful for clinical or internal purposes, these mark-ups distract patients and take away from the emotional impact of the transformation. Patients want to see a clean, side-by-side comparison of results without overlays interfering with their perception of beauty and outcome.

Offer the ability for salons to send clients an invoice and click to pay link via text and/or email
We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.
Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.
Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.21 votes -

Ability to send an invoice to a client for payment
It would be helpful to have an option to send a client an invoice to complete payment at a later date. We would use this in our clinic for product purchases.

Give Voucher to clients at will
I would like to see on the back end an option to create vouchers that can be applied to client's accounts at will by certain permission groups. This would be useful for specials and such. Currently, vouchers are only in Packages and Memberships. Also, I would love if vouchers could be applicable for products, not just services.

OFFER CODES
For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?
There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

Improve Forms Features
The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application. I should also be able to send a form to a designated ipad…
