  5. Allow for creation of promotional products that don't skew retail product averages. I.e. I want to send thank you cards to patients and track that in BLVD on the patient profile (and possibly a separate promotional product report) but don't want to skew retail averages because it is a product.
    Almost like a 'misc product' or 'misc item' that doesn't skew data on retail products.
    Would also be helpful for promotional items

  6. We have some services that are member-only services and would like our members to be able to self-book. However, we have issues with non-members also booking those appointments.

  7. Booking notes should be seen above appointment notes when checking a client out. when client checks out, we always try to prebook them but can't see the booking notes.

  9. When looking at the cancellation appts it would be nice to either be able to delete them onced you've followed to see if they've re-booked, or be able to see if they have rebooked from that screen.

  10. I’d love to suggest a streamlined feature for the Boulevard Duo app check-in process: the ability to add 2–3 short, customizable questions that pop up when a client checks in—without requiring them to complete a full form.

    These would be lightweight, quick-response questions (multiple choice, yes/no, or short text) designed to improve client care and communication in a seamless way. For example:

    “Do you prefer a silent appointment?” (Options: Yes / No / Depends on the day)

    “Have you recently changed anything in your skincare or medications?” (Yes / No)

  13. Currently we can only recur shifts by the week/biweekly/every 3/every 4 weeks. It would be really helpful if we could recur shifts by the placement in a month. For example: Employee only works the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. The current setup we would have to either manually add every shift or do every 4 weeks, however this would be messed up by months that have a 5th Tuesday.

  14. There are other questions that should be able to automatically feed into the client profile that are specific to the business. Additionally, they should be reportable to be able to further understand their clientbase based on certain fields for further recommendations/marketing outreach

  17. When a staff member is sick, we work through their schedule to let all of their guests know and to get them rescheduled. It can be confusing to guests when the same day reminders go out and then we say the person is sick. It would be cool to have an option to turn off same day reminders for that specific staff member for that specific day.

    We sometimes go through and turn off reminders for the guests manually, but that isn't ideal for many reasons.

  18. I don't love that for certain items, like t-shirts, I have to enter a separate product for each size/color combination. I'd love if selecting a product could give me the option to then choose the size and color within that product. It would certainly make inventory a lot easier.

  19. Currently there is no way for us to pull a report or list that shows all clients who came in for a certain service within a time period. The only option is to filter by first or last appointment which is ineffective as they may have come in for something else since then. For example, I want to see all the clients who came in for botox 3 months ago and haven't rebooked. Theres no clean way to do it.

  20. We should be able to pull a report that shows how many appointments were booked on any given day, and who they were booked by so we can track front desk performance.
