  2. We’d like to request that all patient communications and responses be routed through the Boulevard app going forward, so that our team can access and reply to messages both on iPhones when out of office and on the iPads in office.

    It would also be incredibly helpful if push notifications could be enabled on our devices when new messages come in—especially during off-hours—so that no patient messages are left on "delivered" and we can maintain a high level of customer service, even when team members are on call.

  3. We would like more flexibility and identifying specific days and services that providers work in are available. For example, we have a provider that offer offers a specific set of services on Friday. Those services are not available Monday through Thursday. Ideally, we should be able to go in and identify to that provider that those specific services are available on Friday rather than Thursday.

  4. Please allow the gift card purchased to be attached to the recipients account or create a new account for recipient instead of attaching the gift card to the purchasers account

  7. We need a report to show if there are any products in the inventory that we have sold none of. A product sales report only shows items that have sold at least 1. This is not helpful to see if anything has not moved at all.

  8. During the checkout process when adding additional service it should NOT add more time we are literally checking client out which means they are leaving the office. This messes up the schedule utilization and often makes it look like clients have been in office for hours when in reality they are not

  9. When running reports I compare my weeks and months worth of income data and there are times when orders remain open for some reason (like when I keep my order open until I'm certain I'm paid - at times people paying electronic payment I may have to follow up or pending payment if combining with another service the next day for example), going into the next day. This skews reporting when I want to run reports based on actual day of the appointment and not when the order was closed.

  11. each time I try to submit an idea I get an error message saying something went wrong try again later.
    I don't know if the idea went through or not.

  13. Allow an internal note function for gift card purchases so that gift cards given for a donation to a non-profit or local fundraiser can be tracked even if the business doesn't know the end recipient. I donate to local orgs all the time and have no way of tracking which gift card number corresponds to a given fundraiser at the moment.

  14. Gift card purchases should have the option to add an internal note. I donate gift cards to local non-profits all the time and have no way to track which gift card number corresponds to which non-profit donation. I don't necessarily know the end recipient since they're often used for silent auctions, etc. but it would be nice to be able to note what an internal gift card was used for.

  15. This is critical as we have independent contractors and hourly employees and our hourly employees have the capabilities to accept walk ins/last minute booking however our contractors need lead times in order to make it into the salon if they are not here already, we need to be able to completely customize these options per employee profile or we run the risk of loosing business by setting lead times out so far or a client booking with not enough time for them to get here.

  16. NOT just for staff members/providers. Its weird you can do it on the calendar (GREAT!) but not an option on front desk?? I use the front desk view a lot, and right now there is no way to see what the service category is without clicking buttons, etc.

  18. As a business owner it is critical for a lot of us who have booth renters or room renters to be able to properly collect rent. Having a separate spot to be able to collect daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly options and be able to set it to autopay on set dates. We need to be able to run reports for this information as well to properly track for our taxes as well as provide this report to our renters for their taxes.

  19. Add a weekly option for memberships and subscriptions.

    Especially for those of us who charge a weekly rent rate, weekly is literally the only one that is missing so it shouldn't be difficult to allow us to do this! Super important
