Hello,
I have already brought this up in the past and I am not sure if there is any updates on this matter. But I would really like the reviews that are 4 stars or more go directly to google as this is what my old software did. I do not really care about them going on our boulevard site. It does not benefit us like google does.

remove detail from manage
Under Manage for location Manager should not automatically have access to modify business details and other staff detail settings. There should be an option to restrict this.

manage permission settings
It would be helpful if access to edit Forms & Charts could be controlled within the Manage Permissions section. Right now, this is only available in Settings, which prevents non-admin users from managing it.

Same day calendar view only
Please add a “View Current Day Only” permission under the Appointment section. When enabled, employees would only be able to view and create appointments for the current day, and would be restricted from accessing other dates.

Payment Method Option for ALL Reports
Allow all reports, especially COMMISSION & SALE reports to be filtered by Payment Method.

Report of all drafted and saved POs across all locations
POs only appear in the inventory adjustment report as received products when they are completed. it is not possible to see all POs that are in draft or saved status waiting to be received. When corporate orders on behalf of all locations, this can be very time consuming depending on the number of locs and suppliers. Having a single report to reference all outstanding orders would be a great solution and save admin time.

Reducing duplicates by requiring both email and phone number
Reducing duplicates by requiring both email and phone number for online booking. People use different email addresses (work email or personal) to book online. If a person uses an email address that's not been used before it will create a new client ID. Online booking should require both email and phone number, this way the phone number would still match an account in the database and not create a new client ID.

Manage > Membership Plans Toggles to Enable Plans
Currently, each membership plan needs to be clicked into in order to activate it at the location level. It would be much easier to toggle them from the membership list similar to how we can do so in Services and Products

Inactivity Timeout Specific to Provider
It would be helpful to be able to customize inactivity timeouts per individual employee. We had it set to 5 minutes due to the fact that we have 4 guest relations desks and there were issues with employees stepping away without logging out. We've now run into the issue where providers are charting, it times out, and they lose all of their notes.. It would be nice to set provider's timeouts longer than guest relations'.

The ability to remove a voucher at checkout at time of package purchase
Instead of having to complete 2 orders the ability to redeem a voucher at time of purchase. 95% of clients buying a package that day are in store to redeem one voucher.

Audit Log: Specific Staff Profile Updates
it would bbe helpful to be able to audit changes to specific fields within the staff profile, such as:
- who changed staff role and when
- who changed "bookable online" and when

Ability to Reopen Ticket After Refund
Sometimes we accidentally select the wrong checkout option. For example, under “Other” payments we may use Alle points and forget to switch the payment type when charging the remaining balance. This results in the entire transaction being checked out under “Other,” and we then have to refund the payment and redo it.
Currently, the only way to recharge the client is to create a new appointment, which adds unnecessary steps and makes it look like the client came twice. It would be helpful if, after refunding the original ticket, there were an option to reopen the encounter so we could…

Beauty Bank Tox Discount (Or anything sold through the product category)
When giving a dollar amount discount for tox sales - the discount does not multiply with the number of units. ie: We give $3 per unit. A client buys 50 units, their discount is $150 - but the feature does not do the multiplication. It leaves the discount at $3. So we have to go in and autocalculate the discount (or we have a seperate line item at the discounted rate but then that does not show the client the amount they saved).

sms text charges
Most platforms don't charge for sms text-why are we charged exorbitant fees on top of the high price of this platform? This makes me consider leaving BVD. We are consistently getting messages to "send text blasts" to clients-it can cost hundreds of dollars. When will BVD address his? There have been so many posts about SMS text charges.

Allow custom DOLLAR AMOUNTS (not percentages ) for tips - 3 options with dollar amounts (like $5, $10, $15)

Barcode scanning for product entry
Barcode scanning to add new products would be extremely helpful and would maintain consistency and help eliminate associate errors. Manual entry is not efficient and very time consuming especially when adding a new product line.
