  1. The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application. I should also be able to send a form to a designated ipad…

  3. Right now, text reminders are only available for 24 hours before or same day reminders. We have noticed the emails either get lost or go to spam, and 24 hours isn't enough time to fill openings if they cancel . If the 3 or 4 day notification could be text too it would help the business a lot. Clients read texts way more

We’d like the ability to block off an entire location’s availability for a specific date (or range of dates) — such as for holidays, weather closures, or staff events — without having to manually update each staff member’s schedule one by one. This would streamline scheduling for large teams and ensure consistency across the calendar and client-facing booking tools.

  5. On the Sales Orders, show breakdown of what was paid by the Client more clearly vs just the overall total of the entire Order. Ex. What they were charged and exactly what for, especially when using a Package/Membership.

  6. It would be great if some offer codes could not be manually selectable from the dropdown menu. For example, we have 100 providers who we want to give unique offer codes to. If we created 100 of them there would be 100 options added to the dropdown menu in checkout. This makes it difficult for our team to find the offer codes that might be active that apply companywide. These 100 unique codes would primarily drive appointments and originate from online booking anyway.

  7. In the Forms and Charts tab, add the option to show 'encounter date' and not just 'submitted on' date since some charts might be signed late

  10. Have the ability for a client to not only sign up for a waitlist, but get a notification when their selected stylist opens up a new appt time of someone else cancels. They could set the parameters themselves to what day/times they'd like to be notified for.

  11. Instead of uploading photos one by one, allow users to select and upload multiple photos at once directly into the gallery. This would save time, reduce repetitive steps, and make the gallery-building process much smoother.

  13. Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

  14. We only want some service providers available to book online for specific time blocks. We would love if we could input multiple availabilities for our employees.

    ex:
    Jane Doe's Schedule
    Monday: 10am-12:30pm,1pm-3:30pm, 4pm-6:30pm

    We have a spa that we only take clients at specific times and in order for our clients to be able to book that online we have to constantly put in reset blocks in their schedules every day they work and repeat the time blocks for months in advance due to the fact that their "schedule" has to say "9am-5pm".

  17. Ability to set an offer to require a client to spend a certain amount or purchase a certain quantity of a specific product, from a list of products, or from a particular brand to unlock a percentage off, receive a free product, or get a dollar discount. Eg. Spend X, Get Y promotions.

  18. The ability to set custom reasons for appointment cancellations. This is to help differentiate between true cancellations where the client does not rebook or move their appointment to another location. Additionally, these reasons should be available in reporting to allow the business to accurately report on the reasons they are seeing cancelled appointments.

  19. I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.
