reoccuring appointments need to be able to be adjusted to accomodate a booking for the third saturday or fourth friday
Make it where we can book reoccuring appointments on every third thursday of the month for example not just every four weeks.

Need reports for appointments booked day by day
I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

Discounts for products tied to a service (botox, filler, etc)
Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

Report with months displayed to understand growth
We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

Sorting services from lowest to highest price point.
It would be very helpful to have options available as to how the online booing services are displayed to clients (lowest to highest, alphabetical, highest to lowest, etc) rather than only having one option of highest to lowest which could deter first time clients who see the highest listed price points first when selecting a service.

Add a table option to chart
Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

Being able to manually override tax upon checkout!
Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

Being able to see any service staff that edit service times to fit on calendar
Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

Have a set deposit amount instead of a percentage, too difficult to figure out percentages on every price of every service
Have a set deposit dollar amount instead of a percentage. Having to figure the percentage for every service price is time consuming and never equals the exact $50 we charge.

Membership Sales Cap
Ability to set a limit/cap for Membership sales so X amount of clients can purchase.
Ex. Sell 100 Founding Memberships - once goal is met, no more sales.

Allow an option to send invoices to clients for services to be able to check out outside of the office

Shopify integration to show membership status in BLVD in Shopify and allow online sales through Shopify to be reflected in BLVD
This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

Attribute multiple sellers to a single membership sale
Allow for more than one staff member to be assigned to a membership sale. This would allow for multiple individual to receive credit for selling a membership to a client.

Ability to open multiple charts, including previous charts and a current chart
Allow staff to open previous treatment records more easily, without having to open and close the new and old reports to reference each of them.

Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

Ability to reschedule or change an appointment's location without having to cancel and rebook.

Display package and/or membership information on the appointment card in Front Desk and Calendar view
Being able to quickly reference what membership or package a client has, as well as the number of unused vouchers they have from the high level would save clicks and alert the front desk of any actions they may need to take with the client (eg. selling a new package, setting next appointment date based on new voucher generating).
