Create Reporting for Appointments booked today for a future visit with new client filtering as well as Staff / Client booked filtering.
It is imperative to have data on New Clients who have just booked an appointment. We have huge marketing ad spends and that data needs to be at our finger tips. I have no way to verify that my marketing is driving the customers in aside from manually clicking every appointment and viewing customer profiles, with 30-40 appointments a day this is not a possibility. This is a must fix.

Ability to add multiple shifts to a single business day for a staff member
Rather than adding time blocks to separate the times a staff member is on-shift, it would be helpful to be able to add multiple shifts for a staff member on a given day.

Have a way to merge products
Our suppliers often update packaging etc and end up with a new UPC. In the transition you can end up with multiple UPCs of the same product on the shelf. A way to merge those products once the old packaging is fully gone would be amazing. It would help us manage reporting better as sales will be totaled for the unified product.
It would also help clean up the catalog with fewer products listed.

Deposit for Appointments
I'd like to charge my clients automatically a $25 reservation deposit for their appointments to decrease cancellations and no shows. The $25 would still go towards their service, and for them to automatically pay for it on the online booking overlay.

Add a button we can select that will show all cancelled and rescheduled appointments on the day we are on's calendar view so that we can understand openings better and track to make sure clients that cancelled all are rescheduled

Allow tip on Duo at checkout for all forms of payment
It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

Link and ability to email client forms
Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

Ability to track location-level analytics in the booking flow for GA4 and Meta Pixel
Currently, it is on the Gear icon, not the location level. This can lead to multi-location dashboards to have incorrect data.

Chart formatting when printing or downloading
It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

add a pop-up alert with any critical info when opening a patients chart
Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

Please return to the log in screen when the system auto logs out for HIPPA
When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -
Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected
- It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

Enable a way to exclude an item from gaining points in the loyalty program. Some items are very small margin of profit .
Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.

When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.3 votes -
