Service Packages with Integrated Product Bundles
I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.
Current Limitation:
At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care.Why This Matters:

Add a percentage to zooming in and out of photos instead of just (+) and (-). This can be critical to getting the same look for photos in a side by side comparison.

Partner with a Facial Imaging System
Parter with a company that has existing hardware like Visia or or Aura and allow it to map to clients charts. This would be ground breaking + offer BLVD users in the medical realm or even esthetics to capitalize on client photos with a win/win situation for BLVD + said partner.

API: Payment links via external text platform
When a business is using a third party platform to manage text comms via a chatbot, it would be great to be able to deliver a link for clients to enter their card info upon booking.

Varying service appointment lengths
As an LMT I have standard services, but each service can have different lengths. For instance Deep Tissue but it can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Relaxation Massage but it can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The way BLVD books now I can only have one standard appointment but to do a longer length I have to book the time as an add on. This creates a clunky experience and currently it looks like they have two appointment times and people sometimes are showing up for the "add-on" time rather than the beginning of their appointment, because the…

Make request clients easier to see on the schedule
Make it easier to identify if a client is a request on the schedule by creating a red boarder line on the left of the appointment.

Order Options in Booking Overlay
In the booking overlay we do not currently have the ability to customize the order of option. Individual Appointment shows up at the top and Gift Cards shows up at the bottom.
We get phone calls from clients every day who are attempting to purchase a gift card online, but instead are confusing themselves in the process of booking an individual appointment. If we were able to customize the order of these services, it would greatly cut down on customer confusion.

Allow for same day booking on certain days
The ability to set the "Scheduling rules" for booking and adjust based on day of the week. The goal being to allow clients to book same day on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays.

Call now button for a service not bookable online
We offer a wide variety of services and some of those are not bookable online due to the complexity of them. It would be helpful to add a button for services like this.
Ex: Client is interested in a color correction. They must select in “call now” to set up the service. Or, client wants extensions but have no idea what application method they should choose. They don’t even know we have those offered as they are not bookable online since it may be a 1hr service or a 6 hour service and they may need to get a color…6 votes -

Packages, Vouchers and Payroll
Vouchers that are in a package should reflect the product/service cost. Currently if you have vouchers in a package - which we sell during our customer events. BLVD takes the number of total vouchers divides it by the package price and assign the same value to all items in the package. This makes payroll a nightmare and packages useless. An example of this is if you have a package with THREE 60 minute massages at $200 each and THREE facials $100 each. The total package would be $900. List the actual date, time, and provider name for Fill Slow Days and Last Minute Opening automated campaigns
For the "fill slow days" and "last minute openings" we should be able to have the actual date, time, and provider name that is available listed in the communication for the potential patient to see.
Otherwise, this just looks like a generic "book with us" communication instead of a tailored communication for that specific provider's open schedule times. This would greatly increase conversion.
