Allow a way to have first time clients unable to book specific treatments online
First time clients can book most appointments online but we would benefit if there was a way to stop specific treatments from booking directly online, instead it would refer them to make a consultation or call the office.

Tax Free button during check out for clients paying in cash.
My services and products have taxes automatically applied at checkout. When a client pays cash, I currently remove the tax by using a custom payment method I created called “Tax Free.”
I’d love to see a “Tax Free” or “Remove Tax” button directly at checkout. This would allow us to remove the tax from a transaction when appropriate without having to create a separate payment method that gets counted as additional income.

Automatic rounding for you pennies.
Have the software automatically round cash transactions to the nearest nickel. That will make our cash registers more accurate, help us comply with the U.S. Treasury, and let us phase out pennies.

Display Ratings Directly on Business Website
Positive reviews (4 stars and up) should automatically be published on the business website for prospective clients to see. Ratings and reviews are critical for small businesses. Booker (who we were previously with) had this as a widget for the website and we had THOUSANDS of reviews. This is imperative for small local businesses trying to scale and get referrals!

Make it easier to switch 2FA method
With the recent 2FA outage, I kind of wish I had set up an authenticator rather than the text (Although I didn't know the authenticator was an option until later)
Being able to self-setup both methods would make it much easier for us to try them out and decide which one works best for us without having to go to support.
Bonus if you can offer both (I know this will add a screen to the login, but I have some websites that have up to three authentication methods and this is very helpful to have a choice for the…

greater then a one week view of calender. ability to modify view for scheduling appt. and coordinating staff needs based on bookings
exspansion tab to allow greater view of practice schedule to accommidate staffing needs and patient preferences for particular times and dates to coordinate appts. two week and month would be ideal.

develop a live camera alignment/ghost overlay for standardized before-and-after photography!
We need either a grid or an outline of a face to line up our patient photos to create consistency in our before and after photos, not only for patient satisfaction but for marketing purposes too.

Need a way to record past due balances clearly.
Have several thousand of past due balances from an old system. Right now we just have a scheduling alert, but this is an easy misstep to overlook or not accurately update if the patient is doing a partial. We have an order line item called "past due balance" but again, this doesn't yell that it needs to be complete because even on the order history there isn't anything there.

all in one lead integration & messaging platform
I'd like to see the ability to manage all communications & leads from one platform. Text messages, instagram messages, facebook messages, webchat, missed calls, etc. Something similar to Podium. Podium basically copied your EMR and is now marketing a comprehensive all in one solution. They are actively poaching BLVD clients and are having lots of success.
Furthermore, if BLVD also integrated reports into this all in one communication/lead platform, BLVD would have a huge leg up on all like kind systems. Being able to determine lead sources, conversion rates, cost per click etc would be extremely beneficial especially as an…

bring back small modal of quick text
bring back small modal of quick text when clicking text message button on top right hand corner of client profile. it used to open up a small box on bottom right hand corner so you can see entire schedule and message, and now it takes you to the messages tab and it takes up half the screen. bring this feature back please

view forms in client portal
we have patients who request their signed copies of medical history intake, consent forms, etc and it's a pain to print them all since the formatting never fits regular paper (a different issue in general). if they could view their own signed consents and forms that would be ideal
