Need a way to record past due balances clearly.
Have several thousand of past due balances from an old system. Right now we just have a scheduling alert, but this is an easy misstep to overlook or not accurately update if the patient is doing a partial. We have an order line item called "past due balance" but again, this doesn't yell that it needs to be complete because even on the order history there isn't anything there.
