  2. Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.

    I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

    If we were able to use google tag manager within the booking widget, I can set up tracking for all channels.

  3. Customers who book an appointment using a promo code under valid circumstances, are able to reschedule to another day outside of the parameters of the promo and it's still showing up as valid.

    The Idea: Anytime someone reshcedules to a timeframe that is not within the guidelines of the set parameters of that promo offer are notified during rescheduling that the code is NOT offered during that time.

  4. With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.

I often have staff members including myself, where we want any clients that are currently coming to us to be able to book online, but they don't want new clients that they have never seen before. Either there could be a button where you turn on or off for each staff memeber, or create a way for staff to pick a list of clients they will allow to book online.

  9. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  10. When appointments are scheduled and you have modified the time durations, it's very frustrating that if you adjust times or clinician, it changes the appointment duration back to the default, so you have to go back and correct it again. UGH!

  11. Our front office calls all the new consults for the week and explains the new client intake with them. It would be nice if they had an option from the "forms and charts" section to resend paperwork if needed.

  18. Every service has different timelines for returning for treatment (Tox: 3-4 months, Microneedling: 4-6 weeks, Filler: 6 months to a year). Please allow us to set up reminders for individual services based on tags.

  20. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.
