Would like to be able to sell something to patients outside of an appointment. Can you somehow disconnect the idea that all forms, invoices, etc must be connected to an appointment? It would be more beneficial and business friendly if we were allowed to truly function in the capacity any back office would. Not all services or items that need to be completed are always in relation to an appointment when it comes to primary care which is the way the majority of weight management operates.

change day of message verbiage
Since we have our cancellation policy set to 24hrs before any penalties, clients recieve the following message the day-of: "Free cancellation or modification before Mon, Nov 3, 2025 at 5:00pm CST. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."
The above statement does not account for the fact that it is already the day of the appointment. Thus, it confuses the clients as the deadline date to cancel and/or modify their appointment has already passed. This could be rectified in one of two ways:

Service Product Tab
A service product tab for items that can not be resold but are only used during a service that also need to be tracked. So it is in its own location and not mixed with the retail products, the list can get too long

Add forms via API based on client profile details (age)
There are required consent forms for underage clients, so it would be very beneficial and reduce potential errors to be able to manually add a form to an appointment via the API if the client's age is under 18. Otherwise, it must be manually added upon checkin or checked ahead of time by a Hello Sugar employee to send out, which could be missed.

Provide the ability to a quick click direct link to client transactions within commission reporting.
We need the ability to directly link each commission line item to its corresponding transaction or client record. Providing this level of traceability would streamline the transaction verification process, reduce time spent reconciling payroll, and minimize the risk of commission errors.

Report for Vouchers by Expiration Date (including expired)
We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

Vital Signs and BMI calculation for height and weight
We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

Client recognition through phone number walk-ins
I have regular clients that do walk-ins for one of our services, and it's quite an inconvenience for them to have to enter all of their info every time(first/last name, phone #, email)
We would like them to be identified right away.

Client portal membership cancellation rescue options
Being able to implement specific retention efforts when a client would like to schedule a cancellation. For example, offers such as a free extra vouchers, a discount off their membership for 1+ months, etc.

Product Search
There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

No longer able to see negative balance in client payment method.
With the recent update we've lost the capability to intuitively see a clients negative balance on their profile. We would utilize this function quite a bit in order to track/ or keep a running tab for our guests whether that was for cancellation fees or a payment plan.
It would also be nice to be able to see the total negative balance at checkout.

When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile

Allow the ability to text photos via text vchat
Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

Add ability to set individual service provider's service to 0 minutes
Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"
