Stylists should be able to sell retail without having full visibility of the backend of the entire sales page.
So I am currently a small salon. We dont have a need for a front desk currently. So when I am not here, if we have a walk in, my stylists didnt have permission to sell products. So I gave them access to the sales tab so they could create a new sale and sell products, but by doing that it gave them all access to the back end. Which they do not need to have access to. Hello, sometimes our team gets booked too many pedicures and we have to toggle them off temporarily. Make an all in one toggle off so we don't have to go into each service item to do so. For example; Pedicures_________Toggle Off.

Appointment color issue
On the desktop version the whited out areas are providers non-working hours, on the app the providers working hours are white. It's a complete opposite from one to the other and makes it unnecessarily confusing to not use the same color theme across both the app and desktop.

Permission: Offers and Phrases
Need to let my front desk/patient coordinator staff edit phrases they frequently use, and would also like them to have access to offers and discounts since they are the ones checking people out. Currently can only access this as a business manager.

In offers a buy one get one 50% off for example discounts both items when you click on the offer. It should only discount the lessor priced
If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

we accept checks, and each month when i balance reports, I need to filter through all "other" method charges, and list out the checks. Could checks be included as an optional payment method?

Time Clock improvement
When tallying up the hours for each day, the total should NOT include any time the employee arrives early. ie employee is to start work at 9AM but they clock in at 8:55AM. The shift worked should start at 9AM. If the employee clocks out beyond the scheduled shift, there should be a field where they can post the reason for clocking out late. ie pt arrived late, need to clean the room etc. If they clock out late and there is not reason, then the extra minutes in the office should not be counted to the total time worked.

Be able to do custom date rages on reports that are more than 1 year so we can look at total data!
