  1. When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.

    I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

  4. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  7. When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

  11. As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

  12. Since we are a spa care there are customers that have memberships and some don't . we add tags to set them apart from the regular clients . but when tagging we have to enter the number of a client individually and tag them . i think it would be a cool idea if there were something in the system to filter and add all the clients at the same time and add all the same tag.

  14. I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

  17. Now that we can manually add vouchers to a client's wallet, please give us the option to add a few of the same types of services like we can when creating a package in the first place. Meaning:
    I have 5 types of services under "90min massage" and when creating a package deal I can make them all redeemable: (Swedish, sports, deep tissue etc). But if a client needs a voucher added to their wallet, it can only be assigned for one service (only 90min swedish). So if they happen to book a 90min deep tissue instead of a swedish…

  20. I know many people charge for consults, as do we. We allow the patient to then use the consultation fee toward service or product within 365 days from consultation of their choosing. I think it would be nice to have this charge apply as an account credit for the patient. We currently have to manually add the credit (and then babysit the calendar for 364 days to ensure they're within their allotted window of use).
