  2. Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.

    This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.

  5. Please create a built-in Employee KPI Dashboard in Boulevard that lets salon owners and staff track real-time performance vs. goals — directly in the app.

    Key features should include:
    • Goal setting by employee level (Intro, Level 1–4)
    • Real-time tracking of service $, retail $, rebook %, add-ons, etc.
    • Commission tier tracking (e.g., current tier + progress to next)
    • Staff login view to see personal KPIs and goal progress
    • Admin view for full team performance with filters by week/month
    • Daily/weekly summary emails or mobile notifications

    Right now, we’re forced to build workarounds using Google Sheets…

  7. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

    "Free cancellation or modification before [date] [time]. After that, changes will result in a charge of [fee] of your appointment total."

    This is not only available in the the text messages now. Please turn this feature back on.

  16. Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )

    Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). They should be able to "swap" the 2 unused facials and the system should be able to "pick them up" from the client's unused…

I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees. This would enable them to quickly access the clients that need action taken. It would also enable us…
