  2. it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

  3. The business wants to be able to reinstate a completed appointment as there are times where they are completed in error and they need the time to open back up but reversing the appointment completion is not currently an option.

  5. Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  6. We have some services that are virtual. I'd love to be able to turn off notifications or customize them so they dont get a reminder with an address attached!

  7. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

  8. Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

  11. A client created a reservation for themselves and a guest but when they had cancelled the reservation on Boulevard it only cancelled the main client and did not cancel their "Guests" reservation. They assumed that both reservations were cancelled so a simple "did you want to cancel this one as well" would have saved us the money and time!

  13. It would be so much easier for the estheticians to upload there picture icon on the mobile app versus going in and logging into there desktop to do it. Thanks

  16. Add a tab for business' to see clients who started booking an appointment but did not finish the process. This will allow business' to reach out to the client to help finalize the booking, answer questions a client might have, etc.

    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
    3. Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
    4. Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

  18. There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

  19. I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.
