  2. It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.

    It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.

    We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

  3. Alani Skin MD would like the ability to see the operator associated with inventory adjustments within the report. Currently they have to go into each product details window for this level of visibility.

  5. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  9. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  11. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

  18. Be able to apply the client tag filter to both include certain tags and exclude others, so that if someone has two tags, it accurately reflects the numbers for only one tag, both tags, and only the other tag.

  19. It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

  20. Sending out the day before confirmation texts at night is inconvenient, it would be better if we could set the time they're sent especially so it reflects our cancellation policy
