Hourly control over when same-day reminders are sent relative to appointment time
Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

Calculator function in forms/charts
Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

New streamlined feature on booking link.
With the latest update to the booking system, blvd separated appointment scheduling from product sales to provide a more streamlined and organized experience for both practitioners and patients. To complement this change, we propose a new feature that notifies practitioners immediately when a patient makes a product purchase rather just in the daily summary sales that some staff roles do not have access to. We propose that when a patient completes a product purchase via the updated booking link, the system will automatically send a real-time notification to the software/practitioner. Grant membership perks at different times
We would like a way to stagger/ space out when Membership perks are received by the Client after a membership purchase.
For example, a client would get to get a trusculpt or truflex each month with a total of 10 truflex and 2 trusculpt. The trusculpt need to be spaced out to mo 2 and 7 while truflex they would receive the other months.

Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on that it would immediately show us the first available appointment.

It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

Categorize referral sources
We have 90 referral sources and we would like the ability to group them. I.E. all monthly promotions but also be able to track the success of each month.

Ability to view historical appointment data while on current appointment
If we want to know the patient’s previous neurotoxins and placements during an exam, there isn’t a way to easily move between previous visits.

Can average visit value pull from products? We are an injectable practice. It would be great if products were reflected in the patient chart for Appts, revisits and Average Visit Value. It looks like this is only set for services. Thank you

add some marketing integration options
There is a lot to be desired in the marketing suite and it is expensive for higher volumes of emails. What I spend for a ONE TIME blast I could put towards an entire different program that includes texting and unlimited emails. I need to be able to have all my contacts uploaded to a marketing program that also houses contacts from our website and other forms that may not be from BLVD.

Front desk: Booking same day appointments without interference.
Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

Client gallery image modification
You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

Client data import
I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.
